The hotel is close to the beach, the room was clean with nice view. Tasty and good variety of food. Nice pool with good slides for children.

The waiters were too quick to clean the table. A lot of Food was wasted for no reason. If they see the table without people, they could just clean it up.

There was Food awailable at all times, which was very convenient with small child. There was plenty of variety in Food. The staff always ready to help. The hotel swimming pools and mini aquapark was nice as well with a small child.

Food had variety but no seasoning. 90% of the items needed salt. No hot tub. Pool closes too early at night. No bath close to the restaurant. U have to down the stairs to use bath. Game items (pool, foosball) are paid, which is ridiculous. The soccer field needs more balls. Someone lost the only ball and they had no other balls!! Lastly.. the drinks at their each bar were paid. For paying 6k levs for 3 rooms for a week you'd think the drinks at the beach are free. But we still enjoyed it a lot

They charge you 20 BGN if you loose or damage your room card, so don t let your kids play with that ! The reception stuff could be nicer. They usually seemed welcoming but once you needed extra help eg. Like having a question off their usual ‘ script’, they wouldn’t make the extra effort to accommodate with answers. The bar / restaurant personnel are very kind!

The facilities, pools, gym, food, are wonderful! The programs for kids are entertaining; if you travel with kids you re going to appreciate the water slides, food/ sweets diversity, and the Animation Team! Huge appreciation for the Alexandria travel agency animation team, they really do their very best to entertain both parents and kids. There is a kids club at the property that offers a plentitude of activities for lids (painting, board games, etc). The kids activities are managed in several languages ( English/ Czech/ Polish/ Bulgarian) which is simply great. We travelled with an 8 months old, 5y, 6y and 8 y old kids and they all loved the entire experience!

No cleaning of the room for the entire stay, only bins emptied!! Lounge area cleaned at night time whilst people sat relaxing.

We had a free upgrade to a deluxe for my husbands 60th Birthday, but the private pool was always in the shade and freezing cold. Staff very polite. Drinks very good.

It is a little far from the beach, but the beach is beautiful with free sunbeds with clean water and divine landscape!

The fact that “all inclusive” did not apply to the beach (one had to pay for beverages and toilet usage). The beach was great, but at the mercy of tourists, which left behind lots of empty plastic cups and a lot of garbage. The food was tasty, but more suitable to a more expensive canteen than to a five stars hotel (at Duni and in Losenets we had shrimps and wild mussels included). The wifi connection was unusable (probably overloaded).

The hotel was new, the rooms were minimalistically furnished and clean.

It’s not a big deal but the cleaning ladies forgot twice to give us towels after they took the old ones.

While there are a few faults to the hotel the double bed was two single beds pushed together which I feel for a hotel of this quality isn’t acceptable. It made sleeping uncomfortable as the beds would move apart.

I stayed with my husband and two young children. The children’s facilities were exceptional. My son loved the football pitch and the water slides. The childrens entertainment was brilliant and enjoyed by all the family. I felt safe at all times and loved I could see my son playing while still relaxing by the pool. I would highly recommend for families.

We didn't really appreciate the fact that almost the entirety of the staff barely spoke any English, thus we found it hard to communicate when needed.

The only thing I would criticise was, when we got there it was rain and thunderstorm weather for a first 3 days. And as we liked the hotel so much, there is nothing to do inside for a 2 years old. Like have a little PLAY AREA for children which are to little for a kids club, would be definitely beneficial.

The rooms where nice and clean so the facilities around the hotel. We could never get hungry as there is always some food on the go, what we found very handy with 2 years old ttoddler. Bonus the food was very tasty. All staff were very friendly, approachable and helpful.

The food could be hotter and the wine colder. The wine cooler in the restaurant was not working. White wine not very cold is not good.

A good sized room. Very good breakfast. Food, generally was very good. Something for everybody. The staff were happy and attentive. Nice big, light and airy reception/bar area.

The whole experience, the room-large with comfortable beds, the pools, the water slides. But the most we were impressed by the staff: from the cleaning ladies, to the pool guys, the waiters, the ones at the reception. Full of young people, with smillies on theier faces. Bravo! And a big plus, although not mentioned in the hotel presentation, they can do rapid test for Covid right in the hotel, which during these times is something quite good.
