We had a small issue with a missing beach towel from the balcony. We would have been better to be a breakfast option also. Beds are not so comfy.

aparthotel, perfectly located in Sunny Beach right on the beach close to the city centre and Nessebar old town. The hotel is split into 2 identical parts: Golden Ina (a hotel) and Golden Rainbow (aparthotel). There is a small outdoor pool between the hotel and the beach (not heated). We had a sea view 2 bedroom apartment with 1 big balcony facing the sea. The rooms were big and the kitchenette was well equipped. Towels were changed daily and cleaning was done frequently We did not eat in the hotel, as there is only all inclusive option, but there are several options around the hotel, including a beach bistro. At the pool there is a beach bar. Parking is available underground for 10 eur/day. At the beach there is a free part and a paid part. Paid one is 5 eur/sunbed plus 5 eur for the umbrella/day.

Extra payment for underground parking and the beds and umbrellas on the beach in front of the hotel. The furniture is quite old and should be replaced.

First of all, there were some little issues. The doorknob from the entrance was broken and every time when you want to close the door, it remains in your hand. Also, we paid at the hotel for the breakfast 15 leva, but all I can say is that I really don't recommend it (everything oily, the scrambeled eggs were in some juice, not some diversity). If you are coming with the car, you should expect to pay for the parking (we were at the underground parking and paid 40 leva for 2 nights). In the day were we supposed to leave, actually the elevator had a technical problem and nobody helped us with the luggages...the reception is open after 10 am in the sunday (at least that was told by the security man) and beside the reception guy, anyone don't understand/speak English. PS: you should expect to make about 20min until arrive in the heart of Sunny Beach, of course on a walk.

We took the 2 rooms apt and we were impressed about the space that we've had (we were 4). Also, everything was clean😁 PS: they are cleaning the rooms daily, even that you stay just 2 nights.

The location of the all-inclusive bar was a pain to get to, mainly from the beach... The bar beside the pool and the beach is not included in all-inclusive which I thought was a really bad decision.... The venue didn't have any entertainment events in the evening, the hotel bar closes at 11 pm.

The hotel location is excellent right on the beach and also close to the city bars, restaurants, and shops. The room was really nice, with a good view over the pool and beach. Good variation of food.

The hotel was not year running smoothly, the cleaning for example was every day, but it could have been more through. A big issue for me was the elevators are very hot. Also is a bit byzantine organization the restaurant belongs to another hotel. And reception is not 24 hours.

The hotel is really on the beach, fully equipped: has an underground parking (quite handy in summer sun), a pool with bar etc. The restaurant is also in the same building. The room are functional and quite big. The staff quite helpful, and ready to make do.

Didn't get the idea behind cleaning procedure.. Sometimes whole apartment got cleaned, sometimes only towels were, sheets and papers were replaced.

Very noisy surroundings. Everyday loud musing from the hotels nearby. The kitchen was meant to be equipped but the basic equipment such as cleaning sponge, knife, and wine glasses were missing. Disappointing for a 4-star hotel. The entry to the beach was extra charged.

noisy music from the Kiki beach bar and from nearest Inna hotel. In the bathroom it can be better protection in the shower corner(for the water).

veru friendly stuff,helped us to have a parking place .Big and very comfortable deluxe room,nice view on the sea from the balcony.Big plus -under ground parking. Near to center (10 min)to walk.Everywhere many shops and supermarkets in area,resto's.Very tasty food in the local restaurants .

Everything! 1. No working lift -there was a lot of stairs front of the entrance , difficult to climbing with my suitcases. 2.No free WiFi 3. THE ROOM WAS SO POOR CLEANED BELOW ALL MY EXPECTATIONS AND STANDARDS !!! The only things which were good was bed sheets and towels! Toilet brush- there was stains from dirt and a trace of bleach flows. Toilet seat covered with human hair . Taps -stains from water and dirt. Kitchen tops-there was food stains and dust. No kettle,no microwave,no washing machine. One spoon was covered with food. The remote control-missing batteries. Floor was covered with sand. When I spoke to the staff ,I have been told that there was dust because of the cleaning clothes fabric left traces . Each day room was cleaned but that’s included only floors, no wiping the bathroom’s area or any other tops. The communal hall was carpet,and after vacuumed still covered with hair,stains from vomiting and dirt. The pool looks more like fountain ,most of the times is shaded. Unfortunately I’m not able to share more photos then one per area! If you need to use the lift you need to prepare yourself of 15 minutes waiting time in one way! Never ever going again at this hotel, I spent raffle 280 lv per night including parking and receiving only good locations for this price!
