The cleaner found my lost headphones and returned them . The receptionist didn't mind giving us the room before the check-in time since it was ready.

The underground parking has no ramp, uses an elevator. It's a little slow and if one day it requires unexpected maintenance, cars could be stuck waiting for ir. Not that we had any such issues. I recommend parking in their street spots whenever available.

We loved how helpful the staff is. Very accommodating with our toddlers. We loved the room. Walking distance to healthy food, park, the beach.

Cleaner in the restaurant hoovering immediately next to tables / chairs etc at 10.45 one day, whilst people were finishing breakfast, could have been done later or been more subtle. Made to feel uncomfortable so left, (if you want to close - politely ask guests to leave so you close, or tell them in advance). Only one other staff member behaved in a sharp/too direct, although her conduct was more “standard” for our experience in Bulgaria - which can be very direct compared to other European destinations.

Good delux room, Comfortable beds, amazing bath very considerate service overall, breakfast was above average for smaller hotels. Room quality / general areas was excellent Very clean Staff went out of their way to accommodate us for an additional booking. Generally 95% of staff were very friendly, far more so than anywhere we visited in Varna which made the hotel stand out positively..

Parking sometimes difficult.

This is my 2nd time staying here at this hotel. Hotel is centrally located and offers great rooms. Coffee shop and restaurant. Staff super helpful even when i had an issue. Rooms large with great bathrooms. Good facilities in Hotel. Parking available but as in the centre can be difficult.

I got confused with operating the light switches of the rooms... :) During the hot days of August, the A/C of the 5th floor was a bit weak, but OK. For those of you who rent a car, it is hard to find a parking spaces during evening time (18:00-22:00). Elevator might be a bit slow (only 1 available).

Well, first of all, Kalin and the rest of the staff! You were great! Thank you very much. The rooms are spacious and well designed. Very clean. Huge comfortable beds. Excellent and fresh breakfast. Excellent location: just a few minutes walk from the promenade, close to essential shops as minimarkets, pharmacies, ATMs, bus stops, etc... We had to check out at 3:00 AM so they prepared a breakfast-to-go with a sandwich, croissant, and bottle of water for each on of us. I had an ear infection, so they called their own Doctor (a very professional one) to see me in my room(!) free of charge(!!!)

- Rooms should have cupboards for the cloths- we do not like the open hangers. In one of used rooms the toilet and shower is not separated properly by shields/doors- which have always caused water flooding in the bathroom. This points must be improved.

We have liked the central location and the nice and helpful staff. Breakfast buffet is good. The cleaning team was good.

When we arrived there was a misunderstanding regarding the parking. We spent more than an hour to park our car. The staff at thw reception did not seem to care. It was a stressful situation.

The room was nice, and the facilities were great. Location is very good.
