Big downside for us was that everything closed down at 11pm,pool area and all the bars, they basically sent everyone to bed; Another big minus for us was that the gate towards the beach closed at 6pm and you had to go around the hotel to get to and from the beach after that time, which kind of made us feel like we're not at a "beach hotel"; There were plenty of sunbeds, but they were far from the sea and they didn't have any mattresses on them; There was no free toilet at the beach; The wifi at the hotel was bad, it just randomly stopped working at times. The coffee was terrible throughout the entire area.

Staff was kind and helpful, no complaint here; The food was diversified and tasty, especially the fruits. Rooms are small, but very nice and clean; We had hot water all the time and the water pressure was nicer than at my home.

I didn’t like that the pools were used by the two hotels of MPM and it wasn’t enough space for everyone or if you want to swim the space is really not enough. Also you are in Bulgaria and 90% of the staff doesn’t speak Bulgarian.

THE HOT FOOD WAS LITERALLY COLD EVERY DAY OF OUR STAY AND WAS FORCED TO EAT OUT IN THE EVENING THIS NEEDS TO BE LOOKED INTO AS IT COULD TURN OUT TO BE A BIG PROBLEM NO ENGLISH BREAKFAST MAINLY EURPOEAN CUISINE BUT PLENTY OF OTHER FOOD

One thing I would recommend to improve is the options for drinks at the beach bar - a bit limited to some soft drinks, coffee and a beer. there was no option for hotel transfer, the option they provided was a local taxi which fee was higher than the average so we had to organise it ourselves.

The location is excellent, very comfortable that the hotel has allocated beach area. The cleanliness and food was absolutely satisfactory.

The way the bathroom is designed. There is no bathtub or shower cabin so every time you take a shower the whole bathroom is full of water. Although it is specified everywhere that it is not allowed to reserve sunbeds, often in the morning you do not find any as they are reserved by rude customers. It would be useful for employees to ensure that this does not happen

The location of the hotel is very good. The staff is friendly and polite The hotel is clean The food is quite tasty and you have enough options everyday.

The part with the meals was not ok, they took us three days out of a week to eat in the same restaurant with the ones from astoria, that is 3 stars coupled with the 4 stars, everything is ok, after they moved us to the restaurant orel where the food it was of poorer quality, less, less diversified, I ran out of bread and plates, even without a meal at a busy hour. What I mean is that either you don't mix 3 stars with 4 stars from the beginning, or if you did that you leave it until the end. I was very disappointed on this side with the tables. I went from piglet milk, lamb, etc. to pasta with some tomatoes, peas, rice.

It's very, very clean, very close to the beach, just get out of the hotel and you're there. Very friendly and nice staff, starting from the boys who greet you at the entrance to the ladies who clean the room.

The staff’s attitude. Just because I wasn’t wearing the bracelet they gave me, when I enter the hotel, they look at me like I’m a criminal. It’s ridiculous. I work in a hotel, you can ask the guest’s room number and confirm their name in the the system, not tell them you cannot let them in.

If you are picky about the food you might not find the things that you like, especially lunch and dinner but despite that the breakfast was good but always the same and for the lunch and dinner, there were some changes each day but small ones.

The location was amazing, the beach was very close with many sunbeds, the staff was very nice and really helpful, rooms were clean, drinks and snack bar was great, the food was also nice but only for people that are not that picky.

The plastic glasses at the bar were tiny. A couple of mouthfuls of beer and you were back queuing for another one. The food was ok but it was never warm and most times it was cold. I went to the restaurant at different times to see what the craic was and it was always the same. Even when they put the food out and you got it straight away, by the time you got to your table it was lukewarm at best. The Hotel is opposite the beach and there are beds and a bar there. It is set back from the beach so I walked to the side and laid on the sand with the towel that the hotel provided and was close to the water to swim. The pool was lovely and not too cold but the sea was warmer. However the gate out to the beach and main thoroughfare was closed at 6pm for some strange reason so it was a pain having to walk around to the front of the hotel. They put a big chain on the gate. (maybe to keep us from escaping lol?).The sunbeds at the top pool were so closely packed together there was no room to even walk between them to get onto one. Far too many of them to comfortably use as it felt like being packed in like Sardines. There were very few (if any) English or Irish at the Hotel. Most people staying were Bulgarian, Russian, Romanian or Ukrainian so I spent a lot of time talking to myself (nothing new there lol). It was a bit lonely as I was on my own and went out at night to find people who speak English for a bit of company. I was hoping to be able to watch You tube, Netflix etc on my laptop but the internet connection was absolutely useless so that idea went out the window very quick.

Staff were very friendly. I had problems with the shower head and the lights when I arrived but they were fixed in no time after I reported the faults. I don't know the receptionists name but she was a wee blond girl and was very helpful and pleasant. She went out of her way to help and nothing was too much trouble for her. The wee cleaning woman was also very pleasant and helpful.

The snacks this year were missing most of the days especially the snacks between 22.00 and 23.00. The restaurant was bursting as both hotels guest were in one restaurant and there were many times where seats were not available plus food was finished long before end of the slot for eating. Drinks are local only while its ultra all inclusive

Its second year we visit this hotel and overall is good value for money. They offer free beach sunbeds and the location is perfect

Would have benefited from a gym but we already knew it didn’t have one when booked. The beach bar could have more options for drinks as well as just drink options in general in the other bars. Not a lot of options if you don’t drink alcohol apart from juice and fizzy drinks

We liked the location of our room, had fantastic views of the coast. The rooms were cleaned every day. There was different food available every day and options for everywhere. The hotel itself was ideal for the price and location
