The elevators works very bad..had to wait couple of minutes to catch one,a very bad thing for families with babies..the food was very diversified but it was something with it as well..we were a group of 7 adults with 2 babies..all of us(adults) had stomach problems in different days along the stay..

Wearing the bracelets, because we scratched ourselves. We found them uncomfortable. One evening, we were scolded and taken to the reception by the guardian for not wearing them while entering the hotel. He was rude to us, raised his voice in front of our children and made us feel like intruders. We would have appreciated a more friendly and respectful attitude. This unhappy event made us end our holiday there with a sour taste.

The location of the hotel, which was very close to the beach. The variety and freshness of the food. The room overall. The facilities. The pool was clean and large. The hotel arranged the room as we have requested in our reservation.

Smoking people... I did not realize any signs of dedicated smoking areas but if they exists-people violate the rules freely...

If it is ultra all inclusive this should include free parking and private beach. It is not the case at Planeta Hotel. The elevators are small and few for such a big hotel. The furniture and bathroom are old and not suitable for a 5* hotel.

We webe at jun 2023 and water at the pool was extremly cold. And also the evening entertiment for the guests webe very boring and without inspiration. I was expecting some dance performances or a Bulgarian night.

Very great holiday we spent with our family,the beach is very close to hotel.There is a little supermarket right next to the hotel which is very convenient. Rooms nice and clean. Hihi Variety of dishes,restaurant was clean, and staff was welcoming.

The food did not suit our taste. The Girls in the restaurant dont know english and not understand the Word "feeding chair". We waited it half an hour . We take it by ourself

The staff wasnt very friendly and doesnt really listen to the guests needs. They dont smile or greet. I informed the reception that the pillows were too thin and because of a neck problem i needed a second pillow and depsite various requests i was ignored , only on last night i finally got the second pillow.

Location was amazing in the heart of Sunny Beach. The pools the slides , our kids had amazing fun. The food delicious and varied, the snacks. The room was spacious and clean.

Be very careful around the pool the tiles are not good and we saw about four people slip. One kid cut his foot very badly when he slipped and cut his foot on the sunbeds

The biggest problem of the hotel is the food. The first days we arrived, there was no food at all. We came for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and saw empty trays. The last few days of rest, the situation has improved, there is more food, probably numerous scandals have occurred, but still the hotel needs to work on a variety of side dishes and meat dishes, they have adjusted the situation with salads and sweets. Dinner at the Ala Kart restaurant, alas, was never provided to us, although it was included in the room rate. The pool at the beginning of June was cold, and the children's slides are not very comfortable, it is easy for a child to get hurt on them. After the first night, for some reason, the patches were taken away from us, new ones were never brought.

The hotel is located next to the sea, the central alley is also a 5-minute walk away. There are many cafes, shops and other resort infrastructure nearby. The Barsens were good at pouring alcohol, there were no problems with that, the cocktails were good. The rooms are large, the beds are very soft, there are two slides by the pool, children's discos are held in the evenings.

I was disappointed with the food - maybe my expectations were too high for a 5 star hotel. In comparison with other hotels with restaurants, the food here looks like canteen food.

The rooms were spacious, clean with big bed and sofa. Hotel is close to the beach and it has parking places for the cars. Every evening there is a short entertainment program for the kids.

The food was terrible. A lot of frozen food and low quality products. Almost same food every single day. There were moments during lunch or dinner when it was literally nothing to choose, you had to wait in que untill they were bringing something. We even addresses the claim to hotel manager but she didn't care.

Drinks were bad. Water dispensers were dirty. The restaurant could be a little bit more clean. There was food on the floor droped by uncivilized tourists.

Food variety. I could find something which was on my taste. The room was clean, but the AC was very noisy and dirty, they have to clean the filters. Room was very large.

Very crowdy, small elevators always busy, the view is inside the pool space, very poor cleaning services, furniture and spa 3 stars at the most, quite expensive parking, very poor food for the dinner at the 9th floor restaurant.

Animation programs were nice for kids and parents. Plenty of food and most of dishes ok.
