We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

RomaniaThe italian restaurant was not very impresive. Basic pasta basic pizza few salads. The wine at the open bar was low quality. The Cocktails were very too much sweet. Nothing fancy just basic recipes. We decided for the rachia instead! Basic alcoholic drink, no sweet, clear and no headache next morning!
Very good size of the room, very good animation team! They were present everywhere with entertainment for the tourists, at the lobby bar, at the swimming pool, at the kids club, at the mini Disco. Many activities for the children. Water park was a nice bonus, very fun for kids and adults.

BulgariaThe restaurant was very overcrowded but the staff did their best to keep it running well. Could be better. The beach area was *self reserved* by some *people*. This looks very bad and should not be allowed.
Great room with excellent working A/C and amazing view, was kept clean. Rich and tasty food. Private beach with good sunbeds and umbrellaes. In short, it was our facility best sea hotel.

Sol Luna Bay definitely met my expectations, the location is great, with a beautiful view, the room is big enough and very clean. The staff was excellent and also the food with a lot of various and tasty dishes. Can't wait to go back next year!

BulgariaEverything was great. We enjoyed our stay here. There is paid parking, but we parked our car at the street next to the complex and everything was okay with it. There were a lot of activities to keep you occupied. There is a shuttle to Obzor every hour or so. The food was delicious and there was something new each day. The sunbeds at the beach were enough for the guests even in the active season in August. The room itself was bigger than what we expected and what weve seen so far. And of course, the view from the room was...unmatched. we woke each morning by the sunrise. It was amazing. I reccomend this hotel to everyone and we will see eachother next summer for sure!

ItalySome people are quite desperate to fill up their plates with a lot of food that eventually is not consumed and finishes in the bin. There was plenty of food and I had a hard time understanding this behaviour...
The staff is amazing here and very hard working but also friendly. They are the backbone of this resort and a guarantee. The room was lovely, the cleaning was good and the food also. Acqua Park is very nice and clean and also the beach. Compliments for everything ☺️ PS: Our daughter was very pleased with the animators (also us), especially with the "Frozen" show.

UkraineThere are two reasons why I rate this hotel 4 out of 5. The first is a hole in the duvet cover, which was never changed in 5 days. The second - we did not use the mini bar and did not even open it, but most likely the previous residents or the hotel staff left a bitten chocolate in the mini bar for which I had to pay when leaving, which spoiled the overall impression of the hotel
Wonderful, beautiful, friendly hotel staff. The hotel is large, there is something to do for both adults and children, the animation program is at the highest level, big variety of tasty food and drinks

Excellent location on the beach, very nice beach with clean, relatively shallow water, very nice water park, friendly staff and nice programs throughout the day (water polo, workouts, kids club). many restaurants on site (Italian, Bulgarian, fish and international).
