Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomDinner , no one spoke English or Spanish so used Google to read menu. Food oK not special. Steep stairs no lift. Outside staircase and walkways dangerous for children. A bit tired and out of season feel to it but it wasn't and there were quite a few. staying Access to the beach very precarious.

So close to the beach. Amazing views. It was my partners Birthday and was able to get set up with flowers and had the bed extra nice! Very polite staff and the manager was great. Food was good!

BelgiumIt's a pity that the restaurant at the hotel was so expensive, I would have ate many times but not at those prices... Also breakfast was a bit repetitive for the weekend. Play room has toys/pingpong outdated.
The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Great beds. The view was great. Staff helpful. Good place to stay in Buzios. Beach Joao Fernandinho is great for kids.

Germanyour room was quite dirty. the furniture is very old. there are a lot of ants inside the room, so be careful with food laying around. even without food, the ants wander around in the bathroom and in the room. the safe is antique. be well aware that no one speaks English in the hotel. (no one that we encountered) a big minus for an expensive hotel.
the view is Amazon. you can watch the sunset perfectly form the room. the pool is very clean and has a decent size. I enjoyed swimming in it. the way to the beach is super close and you have chairs included. the beachfront is beautiful.
