The vibe of the place was relaxed and everything was well thought off. The owner has an eye for art and the place is beautifully decorated. The breakfast is excellent and fresh each day. The owner was very communicative. Lastly the location is ideal as it's in the middle of the historic centre so you can walk everywhere. Absolutely enjoyed our stay !

Only criticism is about the bedroom smelling of dampness. This is understandable in this humid climate and fortunately the ‘dry’ setting on the aircon helped to freshen the air quickly

We loved it. Amazing property, right in the centre of town, delightful traditional house where the hosts care for every detail. It is an oasis, so pleasant and beautiful. You can see it has been all done with a lot of love, care and attention. The hosts were super nice - very welcoming and helpful. Super reasonable price, as well. We couldn't have asked for more!

There were some mosquitos in the room upon arrival but they provided items to get rid of them so it was not a big deal and we did not get bitten.

Located right in the centro historico so the area feels very safe when walking around. The rooms were very tidy and comfortable and the breakfast was great! The shower was nice and hot too.

We arrived on a very wet day, so our room felt a little damp on arrival. Bring mosquito repellent!

The location and style of the property was great. The staff were very friendly and good local breakfast was made for us. The room was clean and well maintained.

The Pousada had an amazing vibe, a unique patio and the most delicious breakfast. Everyone was super attentive and nice. It was a quick stay but so worth it! The location in the centro de Paraty was ideal to explore the city at night and during the day.

There was no owner or anybody to check in and check out and ask about the city in english. Place is nice but a little bit overpriced. Room are very small and dark.

Perfect localization in the middle of the charming old town. Good breakfast and delicious welcome drink in the bar belonging to the casa.

Staff were super friendly but no one spoke English properly so we had to use Google translate which worked fine but involved lots of saved screenshots in advance if you had a few questions as no one on property past 2pm the two days we were there.

Complimentary umbrellas were available which we found helpful and lots of mosquito prevention available in the room which meant we didn’t get bitten which was also appreciated. Liked the safe and secure location.

Nothing to complain!

Excellent location. The staff is super helpful, breakfast was pretty good. Room was very comfortable, quiet and clean! Estacionamento da matriz (church parking) is relatively close. However, if you have heavy luggage to carry (not our case), it may be a little upsetting, because you cannot roll your luggage from the parking lot to the hotel, you actually have to carry it).

I really liked everything in this accommodation. The breakfast was really good. We had yoghurt (nature, without sugar) for the muesli and Nutella for the bread (among a lot of other things)- both things I haven’t a seen a lot on the breakfast buffets here in brasil. The accommodation was really clean (they cleaned the room every day) and everything was decorated with a lot of attention to detail. Moreover the staff was nice and they helped us organize our daily trips. I can highly recommend Casa do Patio.
