The walls were quite dirty, overall I did not feel really comfortable in the room, when taking a shower the whole floor in the bathroom becomes filled with water and there was nothing to clean that water so whenever I would go to use the bathroom I would always step on a wet floor

I was given wrong room type at checkin. When moved to the correct room type, refrigerator was broken and replaced with a fridge that reaked of dead fish. It took several days to replace the fridge and food I bought was ruined. I had to clean the replacement myself.

One small suggestion for the future: it would be great if there was a standard way to drop off luggage earlier. I arrived at 9:00 AM and check-in wasn't until 3:00 PM, which was a bit tricky. However, one of the staff members was kind enough to let me leave my bags at 12:00 PM even though the room wasn't ready yet. That really helped me out!

I had such a good time staying in this apartment building. My place on the 11th floor was just superb, and honestly, waking up to that view every day was magnificent. The location is perfect because it’s so central, and I felt completely safe the whole time, especially with the police car usually stationed right outside. The cleaning staff was great and came by regularly, and whenever I needed extra towels, it was never a problem. But what really made the difference for me was the people. A huge thanks to Maite and Alena for being so lovely. And I especially want to mention a gentleman with glasses at the desk—I’m so sorry I didn't catch his name! Even though he was clearly busy, he was incredibly helpful and kind when my iPhone was stolen. That really meant the world to me during such a stressful moment. I’d recommend this place to anyone and I’m already looking forward to coming back and seeing everyone again soon. Thanks for everything!

One downside of the property is the lack of luggage storage after check-out. The reception staff were also unable to keep or look after guests’ belongings, which was inconvenient.

The bathroom was a little mouldy due to the shower spilling out onto the bathroom floor. We stayed in room 103, there is a nightclub directly across from the room that opens till 6am, so just be mindful of your want a good nights sleep, you may need earplugs.

The property was reasonably clean, with a big bed, a lovely place to sit by the pool and enjoy the views of the city. The staff on reception were very helpful, and communication was great via WhastApp.

I thought it was great! Nothing negative to say.

You have to fill out a form immediately after booking it, so they get additional information on the person staying in the room. I reserved it for a collaborator of my company's, as we were on a quick one-day-business trip. We were greeted by a young lady at the reception that spoke fairly good English. Got the code for the door and I helped her up to the room. There was very loud construction going on in the elevators (they're updating it or something), and it was extremely loud at the reception, but even though the room was on the first floor it did not bother one bit. There was water all over the floors as we got out of the elevator, and dirty rags everywhere on the first floor, but the cleaning lady was just doing her job. The room was perfectly cleaned and with a minimalistic touch. As we struggled to open the door with the code, a lady walking by that worked for the building management was really friendly and offered to help. Everything worked out! There's a nice restaurant on site, a pool, a gym, and even a book store (which I thought was pretty cool!) I would say it's like a young traveller vibe that's a bit hipster. There seems to be a brothel or two right next door to the building entrance, but there were no people standing outside it, except for a security guard. Overall, loved the place! I would deff book it for my employees/collaborators again. Lots of young foreigners were staying there (kind of like a hostel type of friendliness from the people staying there), even though I know it's not a hostel. I really liked the minimalistic decor!

The maintenance of this beautiful building is very disappointing. The flat was not properly clean, the tiles and walls were dirty, things were broken and the lifts rarely worked properly. The door didn't work and the staff at the door seem not be in charge of the flat and refused to sort it out in the week we were there. It is sad that the owners have left this great property fall into disrepair.

Beautiful building in a prime location just in front of Copan. The layout of the two bedroom flat was perfect for us and the cafe and restaurant within the building were great, lovely staff and great food.

Check out time too early. Breakfast could be improved (brown/black coffee was tasteless and there could be some orange juice). Cooktop doesn’t seem to work. Sauna doesn’t work (should not be advertised).

Late check-in, I waited long time because of my flght time and even though I was willing to pay the fee to check in earlier, there was no such possibility. There is no left luggage, so I had the inconvenience of going to lunch with may luggage.

It was quite noisy during the night, some things in the room was broken, there was no fresh towels after one day, there was only one toilet paper in each room and only one trash bag, the fridge was empty - no drinks in it

There are a few areas that could be improved. It would be helpful to have luggage storage options, and not all rooms are equipped with cooking facilities. This time, our room faced the street, which made it quite noisy as some of the windows are still single-glazed from the 1970s and not fully functional.

This is our second time staying here, which already speaks for itself. The location is perfect for us, and the atmosphere is very pleasant and welcoming. We also appreciated the flexible and user-friendly options for early check-in and late check-out, which is very convenient (for a small additional fee).

There were no basic ingredients in the kitchen like oil or salt, so if you’re only staying for a few nights that means you have to buy everything to cook. The fridge was not cold enough and there was no dishwasher soap or towels for the dishes which made it hard to use the kitchen..

I didn’t like that there was no luggage storage available for early arrivals and after check out.

It feels like more than just a typical hotel. It’s spacious and features an open-plan layout with a sink, coffee machine, water filter, and fridge. I’ve stayed here twice and highly recommend it. I would like to highlight Iris, one of the receptionists, who made an effort to change my room as I requested and consistently served me promptly and with a cheerful disposition.
