Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

CyprusI booked through Booking.com but the staff could not find the booking even though I had a hard copy of the reservation. Eventually the manager got involved and found the booking.
I requested additional coffee and milk for the room which I received. We had a problem with the air conditioner which the technician resolved. The location is in a new area of Gaborone which is clean with some restaurants in walking distance.

South AfricaThe chefs' food was not one of the best. the food we ordered was overcooked, and some were undercooked. It was also a shock to hear that if you want them to bring food to your room, you need to pay a room service fee 60 Pula, that was ridiculous for guest to be charged especially that big amount.
Tebogo from the front admin/ receptionist was very welcoming and made our stay awesome. She was helpful in every way possible. She literally showed us various places to visit, which made our visit even more pleasant.

South AfricaShower. I always prefer to bathe in a bathtub. The tag on the door for house/room keeping on both sides indicates only when the service is NOT needed. The other side of the tag normally indicates When the room NEEDS TO BE DONE. This can be important to avoid confusion on the side of the cleaners not being sure whether the owner of the room is still inside or not, and inconvenience to visitors when they arrive from breakfast to find a room not yet done.
