We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SwitzerlandVery clean room and hotel. The room was large with 2 queen size beds, a microwave and a Keurig coffee machine which came in very handy. Reaching downtown Quebec or the Montmerency waterfall is easy by car. Free parking available.

United StatesThey are still in Covid mode so they don't clean the room yet. You can get new towels though if you ask.
Great location and include parking. You are 10 min from the Old part of Quebec, and 5 minutes from the Ile d'Orléans and close to Chute Montmorency and Notre-Dame de Beaupré. Rooms are big and have a fridge, kettle, Keurig machine and microwave. You can do laundry since they have laundry machines.

United StatesThe main thing to dislike is the AC is too loud. I'm bad with ACs turning on and off at night.
Clean and spacious room. Modern facilities. Friendly staff. Good location for people with a car (if you don't drive, this would not be a good location to travel to Quebec City). Charging facilities are good for people with EVs.

CanadaI didn't like: - Only two coffee caps in the room, for more you have to ask at the reception yourself. - No water bottles in the fridge, only tap water from the bathroom (not sure it is drinkable). - Room cleaning is for a separate fee per day, and initial booking didn't mention that. - I booked the room in a second floor for a river view 3 weeks before arrival, I ended up with a room in first floor with parking view. The girl at the reception mentioned that they are sorry that no rooms are available except for the one in first floor (I was totally upset with this point)
I like: - The room was clean, neat and organized. - The beds were comfortable. - Having an office desk and an office chair in the room is great. - Parking is available and place is not far from city (still not a walking distance)

CanadaThe entry/exit to the hotel was very difficult to access. Very narrow driveway with no signage off of a busy street. The key for the building didn't work very well. We twice had to get staff to assist us to enter the building. The Front Desk Clerk told us the keys often don't work.
