The sofa was torn and still had some food crumbles from the previous guests. Sound insulation was terrible, some kids were running on the roof terrace above us and it sounded like it would collaps on us.

Quirky building with easy access to old Quebec. Friendly staff.

I'd like to have breakfast included and served in the nice common space.

The hotel has a fresh appealing design throughout. The roof deck is a nice bonus. The location directly across from the Musee des Beaux Arts and the battlefield park is also close to a local shopping/dining street and in reasonable walking distance to the Old Town.

Too bad that the room was in the basement and a little far from Quebec center but fortunately there was a bus in front of the hotel

We love that the room was spacious and the rooftop with the fire and the chammallows

The location was great and close to all the highlights of the city. We liked the free coffee and tea all day long and the hotel is really cozy and nice. The breakfast was decent for the price paid for but if you are in the city better to try some of the local bakeries . Over all it was a very nice stay and the staff were all helpful and lovely .

The AC unit in one of our rooms was probably the noisiest unit I have ever heard. We could bot have it and the TV on at the same time or hold a normal conversation. I thought the cost was a little high given the lack of any on site drinks other than water, tea/coffee. I would like to have had the option to buy a coke or glass of wine but that was not possible. I would like to see a proper onsite prepared breakfast too. I understand this is a high overhead but at the price, well I would like to see that.

The location and staff were excellent. It was also great to have on site parking. The breakfast was OK although it was not provided by on site staff but brought in to guests. The bed were comfy too!

Air conditioner so loud in room. Bed was comfortable but feather pillows are very hard and bottom sheet won’t stay tucked in.

Would return because the location is wonderful. Optional breakfast definitely worth ordering

I suggest making sure you get a confirmation about having one of the limited number of parking spots if you need one. I requested a parking spot, and got confirmation - but the front desk didn't know about it. Luckily there was still a spot!

The location is outstanding - super convenient, right across from the fine arts museum and near pedestrian street with lovely restaurants and shops. Check-in super easy, and room was comfortable and clean.

Just know that they do not serve a buffet style or sit down breakfast. We did not purchase the breakfast but we saw others who had and it came as a boxed lunch style breakfast. I have no idea what the quality was but that is one thing that should probably be more clear.

This boutique hotel was a fantastic find. It was like staying the night in an art museum. They utilized the space well and met all of our expectations. Be sure you do not miss the rooftop terrace! It has a stunning view.

The rooms were very stylish, but also cramped. More artistic than comfortable. The breakfast was meagre - a couple of basic items wrapped in cellophane. I also received an egg that was frozen solid.

A very stylish hotel, full of art, and truly unusual. When we arrived we were given a bag of marshmallows, a couple of iron pokers, and were sent via an ancient, tiny elevator, to roast them on the roof. Truly a memorable experience (if somewhat hazardous...)!

We thought the price we paid was quite high for the room. No wardrobes in the room with only hanging space for clothes. The bed was too soft for us. Tea and coffee are not available in the room.

Quaint, quirky and artsy! Located just across from the Art Museum and Ave Cartier. Special thanks to Allan who went out of his way to be helpful. Toasting marshmallows by the fire on the rooftop!

Paid for a breakfast but did not arrive. They contract it out and we were forgotten it seems. they offered to make us something or recommend a nearby restaurant. It was very nice restaurant and though double the cost we enjoyed it very much.

bed is comfy and interesting art and decor. Close to Cartier street with shopping and dining and an english movie theater.
