The room was filthy. Hair and dirt in beds, urine and hair on the floors in the bathroom, shower curtain yellow with nicotine stains, floors were dirty, hairy and sticky, mirrors and bathroom vanity were disgusting (a prescription label was dried on vainty from previous guests), no security lock on the door, other guests were loud and smoking pot around us. We had staff come to the room 3 times, and had no improvement. Breakfast was a joke (no toaster for bagels, told to use a microwave that was sitting on a dirty chair across the room and yogurt that expired the next day). We had a bag stolen from us. We were offered free $7 parking for our terrible experience. This place ruined our Christmas vacation.

The place is a dive with rooms rented to hookers. The rooms are outdated falling apart and are dirty. The tvs are not working and when you call the front desk they lie to you. Pays for a kind bed got twin . Will never go back more comfortable sleeping in my car.

The hotel wasn't maintained, the room smelled like smoke even though it was a non smoking room. There were people smoking at their doors because the rooms were accessible from the parking lot. We got a call at 5:30 am from another room, a stranger was threatening us to not buy his dog. My kids got scared so we had to leave the hotel right away. It was a bad experience for us and we would never go back.

There was no parking but we had to pay for parking. We were told they would wave the charge since we didn’t have a working remote control for the tv but it wasn’t waved. The female staff member at the front desk was rude and dismissive. They also wouldn’t give us a second key even though our party had 4 people. We switched rooms because the first one didn’t have a working toilet or blankets on the bed. We should get a full refund because I don’t know what we even paid for. I’ve stayed in Wyndham hotels all over the world so thought this was a safe bet. I was wrong.

When I booked I was told there was an inside pool, I paid and extra $100 dollars for the pool, since I was traveling with my daughter and grandson. When we checked in I was first told that they just drained the pool that afternoon, then told that it was drained a few days ago, The website did not mention that the inside pool was drained. Since the only reason I booked that particular hotel was because of the pool, needlessly to same I was extremely disappointment and upset that it was not mentioned on the website, The bathroom, sink had cracks and the towels where extremely thin, there coffee cups and ice bucket where missing, If I had wanted a hotel with no pool I would of booked one and a much lower cost. I shall also be directly reaching out the the manager of the hotel along with the head office.

The beds are uncomfortable, and the rooms have stains on the carpets. Shady area at night, don't leave food in the car. I had never had a rodent in my car until I stayed there. Should have been a hint the people I parked next to had their windows open. There was coachroachings in the parking lot. The pool stinks like urine and dirt. When you go back to your to relax, you come back to a static television with barely a picture showing. Plus, they charge you for each day you stay when you are checking out along with their deposit. I paid 600 for 3 nights for 2 rooms.

I will never stay there again. I booked it months ahead because we we coming to the area for our grandsons birthday. We arrived around 2:45pm and were told that check in was at 4pm unless we wanted to pay an additional $20. I asked if we could check in later that night and they said no problem. We came back after the party around 9pm to find out our room had been canceled. They sent me an email saying my credit card was declined around 2pm and that I had 2 hours to update my info or the room would we canceled. First of all I was traveling did not see the email, and why are they trying to charge my credit card before I check in time. If they would have told me this when I first tried to check in I could have given them my new credit card. I tried to point this out to the staff when we arrived at 9pm and they replied that we sent you an email and you didn't reply. Really, how was I suppose to, and again why are you trying to charge my credit card before I check in. No answer, just my room had been canceled and they had no rooms left. So now we are with no room for the night. This is the worse experience I have ever had. We travel a lot and stay in many places, but will never again stay at a Travel Lodge again

The rooms were filthy and after the second room being worse than the 1st we left. I believe if the Health and Saftey Board inspected them they would be shut down. I have made a complaint with the Health and Saftey Board since the Hotel refuses to refund my money. Though agrees I should recieve a full refund. They say that Booking.com owes the refund. Booking.com says that the hotel needs to give us the refund. I am generally not a complainer and do my best to make the best out of every situation. This time I am travelling alone with 12yr old daughter. Rat feces, holes in the bed from a rat chewing the matress. Dirty Kleenexes behind the TV stand when the maintenance guy brought us a TV and pulled the dresser out. Dirty socks,used make up under the beds. Squewer food stick in a drawer and drawings all through the Bible. Broken windows. We are also pretty sure the locks didnt work. It also smelled!!! The refund is only $400 but for our family that matters! Yes he reviews were not great, but I dont always go by those as they frequently are old or just made by miserable people. Things that I thought ok you get what you pay for...miss matched lamps and furniture (lawn chair and an arm chair)? The smell I likely could have gotten past with buying my own room deodorizer or cleaner. Over flowing garbage cans on the balconies. No fridge or microwave in the rooms again all things I could have managed without or looked past.

The Hotel by far isn't wheelchair accessible we had a hell of time getting me in and out of the 2 sets of doors. I  had asked before hand if the Hotel and room was wheelchair accessible.  The elevator smelt musky.  We booked for 3 nights. When we entered the room it also smelt musky,  but we didn't think anything of it. The first room they put us in only 1 of the lamps worked out of 3. We The TV was snowy and we said something to the front desk and we were told that they've been having issues with the cable. The switches  beside the bed only 1worked and they looked sunken into the  wall. My wheelchair just barely fit through the door to the room.  My husband and I woke up in the morning all congested. My husband noticed water damage in the corner by the ac. We told them at the front desk and they said someone would look at it. When we got back from the days outing, nothing was done.  My husband went to the front desk to get our  money back due to the fact that I'm allergic to mold. Cause we booked online they couldn't refund but switched us to a room with a jacuzzi tub in it. Low and behold the TV works perfectly. There wasn't enough towels for 2 people left in the room. Out of 2 ice machines only one worked but just barely.  we had to get the key card activated each day even though we paid for 3 nights The restaurant didn't have any hours posted.  We went to the pool, was very disappointed to find the hot tub gone. The pool looked like it hadn't been cleaned for awhile.  There was no smell of chlorine the rope that was supposed to go across the middle of the pool was tied to the rail and the other end to the emergency ring. There was bits of pool noodles all over.

It was the most disgusting, extremely filthy place i have ever stayed , broken door ? Not safe. So i cant express how extremely filthy It was. Falsely advertised. They advertised wifi,cable TV, refrigerator and microwave it had none of that. The furniture was not only dirty but also broken. While i was checking in 2 other families were complaining about thier rooms being filthy that the bedding had not even been changed or made up. Bathrooms unclean and more. All of us were left unable to go to another hotel due to all being full also non refundable. Very bad place i highly recommend not staying here. I have pictures of their advertising photos and pictures of what the rooms actually look like. I will be contacting the ministry and a lawyer . Out of the photos I posted the first 4 are the advertised photos as you can see by the write ups. The rest are what we got.

Outdoor pool was not functioning, indoor pool was nasty, no hot tub like it says, beds were a queen mattress on top of a double box spring so you slid off bed, window wouldn’t close, noisy, there were rats running around outside at picnic area, not clean at all, none of the ice machines worked

I requested my hotel bill which I thought it was standard practice. But the hotel desk told me, I would get my hotel bill through Booking.com. I honestly felt their customer service presentation wasn't genuine and not professional.
