Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaWe didn't like that they have a good amount of ev chargers but they don't have any signs, so all those spots were taken by gas cars. That doesn't make sense.
We liked the location, it is close to downtown but not right in front of it where it becomes crowded. So it is a good balance. The style of the hotel is nice and we love that they are pet friendly. We also liked the restaurant.

United StatesThe hotel was under construction at the time, so the Hot Pools weren't open yet. This would have been a nice bonus. Breakfast was busy and took a while to place an order. I loved the room decor, but there were no lamps, only overhead lighting.
The fireplace in the room gave it such a homey feel. The view of the mountains was spectacular and I liked the room layout and decor. I thought the coffee/tea selection for in-room dining was a nice touch.

CanadaThe Superior room 2 queen beds were clean and comfortable for 4 adults. The complimentary coffee and tea were fantastic, and the body wash, shampoo, and conditioner (Rocky Mountain soap products) were great. Parking was effortless as well and undercover :)
