Breakfast area was rather small. We got a room very close to the front desk so we could here the phone ringing and the ice machine very clearly

The air conditioning unit was not working it was too cold and when lowered it was too hot. They didn’t clean the room we were there two nights. They did exchange the towels when requested.

The room smelled damp, a litte musty, carpets could use a good shampooing, but it was clean where the cleaning person cleaned. Beds were clean and fresh.

The Bath tub had not been cleaned it was covered with hair. The beds sheets had hair on them also. The pool was very nice but the hot tub was filthy.

The Location was great. The staff was very helpful. The beds where very comfortable. When we had a problem with the room the staff quickly fixed it.

I liked the location. The room itself and facilities were very clean. The pool and hottub were very nice. Bed was comfortable, as was the room temperature. The air conditioner was not too loud.

Upon arriving, a staff member was having a phone conversation with a customer. She sounded angry and quite condescending. Although friendly enough with me, she did seem to lose her patience with me when I had to go and get a different credit card, not realizing I was being charged $500 as a deposit. Having previously stayed at this property, we knew the brunch was basic and we were fine with that. However, the eggs were cold, and there were no muffins or bacon.

Good value for our needs - an inexpensive place to stay while attending our daughter’s graduation.

Very near my room were pot smokers, having fibromyalgia i complained to the lady at the front desk she said she knew who it was. She said she would take care of it. I continued down the hall to check out the pool and hot tub. I stayed for a bit and then went to my room. Upon my returrn the stench in the hallway was so bad it made me sick to my stomach and i vomited in my room for hours. I asked the clerk to spray the hallway with something to remove the smell. I stayed in my room for the rest of the night. After my meeting the next day i layed by the pool for a few hours to relax and then went to get dinner. Upon my return at 630 the hallway smelled again. I thought about leaving but knew the drive home would be to difficult already. I went to turn the tv on to eat and it didnt work. The remote would only turn it off and on. I ate and went to bed. Got up and left. The picture painted on booking.com is the not photo painted in real life. The pool area has the ceiling coming down and the hot tub corners need to be scrubbed. There are layers of filth on them. You could scrape it with your finger nail. The sign says each bather shall take a shower, in order to take a shower it would be great for the shower handle to work that would be helpful. The continental breakfast is a pancake machine, juice coffee, cold boiled eggs, toast, cereal, yogurt. Oh and apples. For a diabetic thats alott of carbs. Very simple breakfast,
