The property was good. Our requests were taken very fast. The property is well located. Not far from downtown and closed to many commerces.

We believe that the bathrooms could use an entire revamping soon. However, they were acceptable, but not smashing.

The has an excellent size to accommodate a family of five for a weekend trip to Ottawa. The kitchen is well-quipped and the beds were comfortable to sleep in. Furthermore, the place is ~15 car minutes away from most of the touristic spots in Ottawa.

Broken tiles on some areas that needs some renovations. Theres also some bloodstains on the beddings

The location is very close to stores, grocery and stuffs yet it was so peaceful during the night. You wont even hear honkings of cars etc.

- uneven tile in the garden, this is a Tripping hazard on the backyard patio - only one smoke detector was working out of three of them -many lights were not working -kitchen cabinet not very clean -spiders web observe in a few places

The staircase carpet needed vacuuming and some floor tiles of the bathroom showed wear and tear.

Location was excellent and the host was very responsive and accommodating. The 4 rooms can accommodate 10 people comfortably but we were just 4 people so we just used 2 rooms that had queen sized beds.

Booking.com asked me to pay at the property in-person during check-in as I selected the option to pay at the property. However, the owner insisted on paying beforehand. Booking.com informed me that someone would be there in person to collect the payment, but no one was there. I had to call Booking.com and the owner several times to understand what's going on.At the end, I had to pay online beforehand to check in to be at safer side, which was not in line with the agreement during the booking. @Owner, Please remove the option if you don't want it.

Few broken tiles in one washroom, A/C didn't work properly. Luckily, we didn't need it as much.

It felt like home. Kitchen was fully functional. TV was working, my family and I could spend some time together. We had dedicated parking at the property.

Definitely could use a facelift in a few spots, but not a big deal. The only problem we had was one of the bedroom windows was slightly open, and frozen solid. It was frigid in there! However, we communicated this to them and it will be fixed right away. Also would recommend black out curtains at some point.

Spacious home with lots of room to spread out. Great location, with shopping and restaurants very close by. Comfortable beds with lovely duvets and pillows. A perfect place to stay if you have a group or family that needs a larger space.

Very dated, Bathroom is really old and falling apart. No washing machine

Owner is lovely and helpful. Location is good to access Ottawa downtown and highway. Plenty of room.
