The fact we had to move from the yourt to reach the water or the toilets. I also didn't move the fact we couldn't turn off the heat while we were not in the yourt

The place in the moutains is amazing, the view also. I also like the view from inside the yourt with the bubble in wich we could see the sky while falling asleep

More information regarding little to no services or other options to eat. Limited hours for staffing- I had not received a message regarding which yurt I was assigned to, but my friend did. Thankfully when we arrived there was a staff member available to help, otherwise I would not have known where I could go. The one restaurant for dinner and one smaller restaurant for breakfast and lunch were all that is available. Small store at the ski resort did not have anything but some snack bars and bottled drinks. Next place to get food was a far drive away. Bring a cooler with simple items to cook, the hot plate and microwave are new and clean, and charcoal grills are at each yurt year round.

Breakfast was good but a little expensive for what you received. There are no other options around so they are capitalizing on that. It would have been nice if breakfast opened a little earlier than 8am, 7am would have been perfect. Yurts were very comfortable, very warm, and high winds present during our stay were not felt inside, no drafts or coldness. Great for a long weekend stay. The concrete floors are heated! Propane heater was a great source of heat, and the mini split also worked well until it got below 15degF, but the propane stove did most of the work. Plenty of hooks to hang up your clothes/gear, but not near the heater unfortunately. Bathroom was spacious and shower was very nice. Beds were ok, I'm very tall and slept decently. You may want to bring another blanket with you.

Our yourte didn’t have water on the sink and the heating was really annoying, very noisy (it didn’t matter the temperature or program).

Nice and unique place for a getaway, with great views of the mountains, forest and even the sky.

There is no water supply and drainage in the yurt, you can only fill out the water at the public area. Dry toilets in the yurt are for emergencies only. Our breakfast bill was a little overcharged (around $12) and it is advisable to check on the spot, especially if there are a group people on one receipt.

The reception was hospitable and welcoming, giving us useful information about the surroundings. Respond quickly to requests made. Situated in a great natural setting, surrounded by woods, with a creek (small cascade), close to the ski resort

Location. The Kamook yourte we have booked was located on a gravel space, not in the forest. There were no outside pictures to show the exact location. That is fine if you don’t mind this, but I think the tourists should have the full information before booking.

The pellet stoves were insufficient at times (temperatures below zero at night in late October); if you are cold, best to set the heaters at high and not rely solely on the thermostat.

The family yurts are the best. The kids loved sleeping under the stars.

One of the bathroom need more love. The sink is cracked and the shower door broken. It also smelled a little but it was a humid night and the door was closed.

The yourte is awesome! Everything is there. You just need to bring food and towels. Suggestion: adding scissors and something long to cook on the BBQ too 🙂

Amazing experience and lovely staff. We stayed two nights at Imago Village and it was a great weekend. Our yurt was warm and clean with an own bathroom. The restaurant has a good choice of food and everything was delicious. We felt welcome from the first second and booked a Ski-Doo Tour on site. Definitely a weekend which we will not forget! Thank you!

I highly discourage anyone to book this place. There were 5 degrees Celsius inside the tent at night. This is infuriating that they have given us only 1 blanket (not even a proper bedding) and a stove that was so weak it was able to heat the inside from -13 degrees to 5. This is not a livable temperature! I got ill and still have a high temperature. Additionally the only source of water was 7 minutes walk from the place (so was the restroom) and you had to go out at cold night to go there. The dome was covered with snow and the staff told us there’s nothing to do about that. Additionally, there were no food in the entire village even though we arrived at 4pm (recommended time was before 7pm) so we had to survive on nacho chips we bought beforehand for the trip. This is the first time ever I’ve given a 1 star review to the booking. It was definitely the worst booking in my life and I’ve been traveling on a budget to places like the Philippines or Morocco before. Here we paid the price similar to the local 4 star hotel (actually $10 more) and were cold and hungry and we saw no sky.

However, my Yurt was the fartest from reception, so no wifi… and bathrooms only accessible in the main building about 75-100m away… No utensils, glasses or plates at all in the units… I didnt notice it was said on the website, but may be it is.

Great spot, amazing view on the Monts Valin from my window and balcony! Comfy spot, but would be tight for 3!

The Wi-Fi didn't work. If you continue to use the fireplace to maintain room temperature, it causes air to be murky and noise. So I can't sleep comfortably.

The pictures of the location of the yurts were misrepresented and they strategically posted only pictures that either showed it in or surrounded by snow or trees; however, upon arrival, after a 6 hour drive to have the experience, we were shocked to discover a yurt on dirt and gravel on a construction site near dumpsters, a 10 foot mound of construction gravel, and a commercial tractor! The property refused to compensate for the misrepresentation or correct the information on the site so that guests are given prior written notice of the accommodation. Had we known, we would NOT have paid 300./per night that was incomplete. Once complete, the property has potential of getting a great to excellent rating.

The yurt was new, comfortable, smartly designed and clean.
