The room was cleaned each morning, but not always thoroughly - for example, used washcloths left in the shower were not removed, and a hand towel by the sink was not clean, though nicely folded. The tv was a mystery so some sort of directions would have been helpful, too.

Ariele at the front desk was outstanding. The woman who maintained the breakfast area was also very good. Location was excellent!

Our stay was Mid April before busy season, We selected "standard room" 3 floor, back of main building, was very quiet, close to elevator. Breakfast was great with variety of items to choose from. centrally located in the lower city with easy access to Upper Walled city either using stairways or roadways. Parking close by for fair fee. In and Out anytime with parking pass from hotel.

I was not expecting the Hotel to be that close to the Castle and all the tourist locations, less than 10min. walk! The room was cozy and the breakfast buffet was so convenient. Can't wait to visit again.

If there's something that I didn't like, I'd say the shower and toilet are in a small spot. Not really a huge problem, but I'd like the private area to be a little bit bigger.

It's very well located, close to everything but still in a very quiet spot. Breakfast is a bonus. Parking is very close to the hotel. It's very clean and the staff very helpful.

I really liked the hotel. The location is really good, close to the old center and a lot of restaurants. I went to the hotel from the train station by foot and it's not take me a lot of time (15 min max). The employees were amazing and super gentil and helpful! For sure I will come back!

This hotel was amazing - the staff were friendly, very helpful, providing information with recommendations on places to eat. Even made a reservation for us. Loved how the old was incorporated into the new of the hotel. Our room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was included with a good variety for a continental breakfast. The hotel was within walking distance of everything we wanted to do in Old Quebec City. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast room was cozy with exposed stone walls, and the food was a wonderful assortment of croissants, cheeses, sliced salamis, muffins, yogurt with variety of toppings, breads, fruit salad, etc. Great way to start the day. Our Junior Suite was smaller than expected, but very clean and comfortable. The fireplace was really only virtual, it did not heat.
