The pool burned your eyes, cleanliness was not good. Slime on the walls of the pool. The bath in the room was yellow and dead flies in the window. The breakfast was soggy and snacks overpriced.

Had a neighbour that was loud with music for one night (but well into the night (midnight)) and nothing was really done about it when front desk was called to contact the room to shut it down.

The housekeeping staff were excellent and checked in with you daily on if you needed anything. All the staff were kind and you could see them trying to keep everything orderly and clean. Very impressed with my stay! Also, I love the shampoo and conditioner+soap brand they use. Hair felt amazing and that is a rarity with my hotel stays mostly.

The hotel is not very clean, advertises breakfast until 10am went down at 9:15 and they didn't even have cereal left. I approached staff she said they were out for the day and apologized. Got a cup of coffee and it was so watered down tasted like water. Walking up to our room we had to walk between kids that played mini sticks in the hallway and continued to bang on our door. Could not even use the pool as it was overcrowded with kids and later went down to use whirlpool, the jets don't seem to work properly and it was full of floaties hair and gunk so passed on that.

Hottub and sauna closed, noisy, thin walls, nothing in rooms like coffee ect.. breakfast was cold even the coffee. Not happy. Never going back.

We chose the hotel in part because it had a hot tub and sauna, both were out of order. All of the vending machines were also out of order. The hot breakfast was not allergy friendly and didn't taste very good. I was unable to wash my hair because there was no shampoo in the washroom. The staff was friendly however there was only one knowledgeable person we dealt with at checkout on how to shorten our stay at the hotel.

The hotel was really clean and quiet.

The event I had at the microtel earlier in the day is not one I'd consider doing again - checking in was nearly impossible with the previous party still going on in front of the main desk. We didn't have any guidance, and the lights in the pool were left off. I thought it was weird their pizza party is $50 more for 2 large pizzas and not any plates or pop but I brought my own so it didn't matter... The pizza was from Domino's, and I know they will provide paper plates if asked, so I recommend adding that to future packages.

We got to the breakfast bar at 9:28 and had time to grab eggs and sausage but the girl took the potatoes container out as I was stepping towards it, that was rude. Then she came back and said breakfast is done at 9:30.

It’s a great hotel for everyone who works out off town or visiting friends and family. Great location close too shops and wal mart is right next to the hotel which is great . The staff is amazing and the rooms are so nice and clean and fresh !
