Bathroom fan did not work well, whole bathroom was dripping wet with condensation after first shower.

It was cheap, clean, and available. Had what we needed. Breakfast in a paper bag (muffin, yogurt, juice) was nice to grab and go.

The hot water went off when needed most (in the middle of having our bath) and she struggled to bath with cold water, and we needed to go distance to microwave the food for the kids

My mother was accompanying me on this trip and had to use the restroom before we checked in. The duty manager showed here where the bathroom was, but as she entered the toilet bowl was choked/blocked.

The room was small and washroom was also tiny - From the outside i could have passed the bathroom door to be a closet door.

The room and bathroom were very small. The chairs and table were old. The room could use some basic additions. For example: a hook on the bathroom door, a shower shelf for products, a mat to put boots in the winter. The room also smelled like it had been painted recently. We received 2 phone calls 10 minutes before check-out to remind us of the check-out time. The other aspect that we didn't like was that the room did not resemble the pictures on Booking.com at all. I did not take pictures but we found this to be misleading and should be addressed.

The location was convenient for our plans.

The floor in the room was wooden (although we've expected it to be with a carpet), so it was not comfortable without slippers. There were no kettle and microwave in the kitchen, which made more difficult feeding toddler. The sofa in the room was very dirty and it was broken. The hotel provides no prepaid breakfasts, customers can only order something from the menu in the hotel's restaurant and pay separately for that. There was only one office chair in the room, so it is uncomfortable when a family wants to have a meal in the room.

Own parking, comfortable access to the rooms from parking. Spacious room with separate small kitchen with fridge, iron and sink. Helpful staff. Upon request we've been provided for free with a crib (although it was for kids of the age up to 6 month, it helped us with sleeping place of our two-year-old kid). There was a smart-TV in the room with Amazon prime and Netflix with several people being signed in so you can use those platforms for free.

The heating system was noisy and not efficient. The hearing system must be replaced by a more modernized one. Beds were noisy Noisy neighbours from upstairs unit.

Received call asking me to quit later on 11.00 AM even I was already ready for that, I think 🤔 it's rude to proceed like this! At least wait for 15mn to 30mn after 11.00 AM to make such call to remind the client. The towels were not very clean and some moisture found in the bathroom.

Easy check-in and nice check out. Good service provided at the reception desk. The bed was clean.Easy access to the bedrooms and great location and facilities. Parking free provided. Quiet place.

It was so loud from upstair above like elephan stumpping on the floor while moving furnitures, before dinner time,then we left and came back around 12:30 midnight and still loud till around 1:30am. Welcome again with loud stumpping around 6:30 moving furnitures again till 10ish lol.

The heat wasn't always working and when working it was a bit noisy. The staff was really nice, they immediately came and helped. Until electrician comes, they gave us a portable heater. It helped so much. I would recommend this hotel.

I wished that the Beds were firmer

Good price Good location Walmart and other groceries store within 5 minutes driving distance. Decent pizza place Manou on jean talon and corner lacordaire. Thick large pizza pepperoni and cheese for 15 dollars with taxes already in the price. I will go again today because my daughter loves it. You also have super c with cooked chicken for 11 dollars perfect.

Is worse breakfast ever. 75$ for 2 plates, we both had 2 eggs and meets. One with bacon and the other was sausage. Both our eggs were busted and overcook. One hot dog sausage for the sauce, the toast were freezing cold. I'm pretty sure the waitress was the cook.

The shower head in room 129 needed a good scrub. It was spraying all over the place.

Comfortable bed, great and polite staff. Overall, it's a good stay.
