Power was out from my arrival at 4 pm until around 10.15 pm. So washing and charging needed to be done pretty late. Therefore, in total, it's a little pricey. I didn't know about the upstairs condo (so I struggled to find it first) and the 21 stairs up (maybe my fault fid not reading properly), but manageable. I'm still not sure how to operate the gas fireplaces, and I haven't seen or found a description. That would be nice for guests who don't operate these regularly.

Very, very beautiful place. Great equipment. Excellent view! Everything you ask for is there! Excellent communication with the owner. Excellent "roomie" in the tree across (bald eagle).

I cannot fault this property. It has a slightly quirky floor plan. The second bedroom has a 1/2 bath (powder room) not a full ensuite which didn't bother us but may trouble some travellers. The full bath is the ensuite for the Master and needs to be shared with Bed 2 guests. Some people may not like the laundry in bed 2 but it didn't bother us.

great view and the property makes the most of it with outstanding views from the living area and deck. The gas heater on the deck was a welcome addition. The laundry in the 2nd bedroom was a little quirky but worked well and the washer and dryer were very efficient. The kitchen is well equipped and the pots and pans are a good size if you were cooking for the 4 guests that the property sleeps. Angela was super helpful and understanding. The property was very clean and well presented. It was toasty warm which was appreciated on a cold and rainy spring day. It was walking distance to a couple of eateries although we self catered. We loved our stay and it was hard to leave!

Fantastic views and a lovely space to relax in. Well equipped to eat in if you choose to and watch a movie on their netflix, which was perfect for us when we arrived on a cold, wet late afternoon. Lovely fireplace, apartment warms up pretty well and the beds were nice and comfortable. It was a comfortable home away from home. Host was easy to communicate with. Parking at the front of the house made for easy access carrying our luggage up the stairs. I could have easily stayed here a night or two longer.

No sponge in kitchen, bedrooms are quite small, queen size bed mattress definitely need replacing.

These are all small things and not deal breakers…Long steps up to the unit were a surprise (but worth it for the view). A booklet with information about the unit would be helpful. (We couldn’t figure out how to turn the gas fireplace on and didn’t want to bother the hosts since we didn’t need it for warmth.) A dish rack and vegetable steamer would be nice. The flipper and non-stick frying pans could be replaced. Fitted bottom sheets would be great(otherwise, the linens were very good).

Close to trails. We walked a new one every day. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms were perfect for us as grandparents with teen-aged grandsons. Also,thinking about booking this spot again with a friend because of this. Beds were great. Beautiful soaker tub. We enjoyed the balcony looking over the ocean. Clean and welcoming.

The bathroom in the second bedroom is very small and has no shower. This would not prevent us from coming back.

Loved the ocean front location. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and using the gas fire pit. The unit and all the contents are newish and easily used. We are planning to come back next year and stay a little longer. The directions to the unit were very clear as were the instructions to unlock the door.

There wasn't anything really. The only suggestion we have is it would be great to have a book in the cabin with information (Wifi code, places to eat, places to visit etc.) even if some of it is a repeat of what was sent prior to our stay.

The instructions that were sent just prior to the stay were informative and excellent, with easy instructions on how to get into the property. The cabin had a great view and was well appointed with everything you could have wanted. I would highly recommend a stay here and we will be back. At the end of a day of hiking it was great to come back, grab a cold beer/wine and sit on the deck to watch the sunset. There was even a little racoon playing in the bushes down below.

Keeping our only one private parking spot available for parking was a challenge; we had to hunt down an offender occupying the spot after return from a trip on the second day. The rest is very minor: The building is shared by 4 units and it can be busy on the balconies. The spacing between the buildings is a bit tight too. The road in front of the unit remains unpaved and cars can be heard leaving in the morning. The bedrooms are relatively small and space is tight.

The living room and kitchen areas were spacious. The interior design was warm and comfortable. The location was in a quiet area with nice views because it was on the top floor.

Booking said something about a deposit in cash. This was not needed. The town of Port Renfrew was almost empty when we arrived. Since we had been grocery shopping before, it was not a problem.

The apartment is a dream. It is equipped with everything you need, the rooms are decorated with love and coziness. The barbecue was practical and the terrace super for cozy evenings. The view from the house is fantastic and it is so idyllic and quiet. The access to the house via a code went smoothly.

Not much really, the remoteness of the unit and the lack of open restaurants may be a negative for some people but we loved the beauty of the area.

The view! The view! The view! So much beauty! I also loved the bath and a half, having them attached to the bedrooms like they are is great. Everything was clean and the kitchen was adequately stocked.

Nothing. We like it all. It's a great cabin.

The cabin is new and lovely. The kitchen was great and it was nice to have a few extra things in the cupboard like coffee, tea, coconut milk. The book selection on the shelf was great. Beds were super comfy. The view was amazing and we loved having coffee on the balcony in the morning and afternoon. Having a washer/dryer in the suite and two bathrooms were also major bonuses.
