You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

CanadaThe air conditioner did not work properly. The bathroom fan didn't work either, and the shower handle fell off while I was in the shower. The bedspread was dirty - it seemed to have a dog footprint on it. We were only given 2 towels - no hand towels or face vlothes. The light by my bed did not have a light bulb and the light on the table did not work.
The location was good for where I needed to be. The staff were nice.

CanadaThey had great hospitality and the staff was greatly to help when needed. The only thing I did not like was the things that were happening in the hotel because it was downtown Hamilton. I am not into the drugs or the other stuff that was going on down there, the shootings and all I've seen it all. It's scary

Dirt behind the bed, sticky floors that was not mopped. Ni information available how to use the phone, the T.V the wifi, the coffeemaker. The bathtop did not have a shower curtain on.when I used the shower water went all over the floor. There were two towels only no face towel I. The room. The blue shower towel smelled like smokes. I was disgusted and used my own clothes to dry with. The stairs were dusty and smelled bad.

Canadathe attitude of the desk clerk had a lot to be desired. i had sent a request through the app to request a check in time of 2 pm. did not get a response from the property. when i called to ask about it they just said yes 2 pm would be fine and hung up. then when i showed uo at 2 was told there would be an extra harge for checking inearly which was not mentioned nor is it on their website for policies.

CanadaWe checked out the morning of the 16th and the gentleman working at the front desk was extremely rude. The bed was unstable. The tiles in the bathroom were cracked. The spa bath which we paid extra for had mechanical issues. When we moved the end table to access an electrical outlet we found broken glass on the floor. The room was provided with only 2 bath towels, no other towels, for 2 guests in a spa bath room. We requested extra towels but were only given 4, which were stained and a mismatch of colors. Anyone who has used a spa bath suite knows this is not enough to ensure the floor remains dry. The ice machine in the hotel was broken during our stay. The TV in our room did not work at all. Our bed did not have a fitted sheet, only a flat sheet.
We checked in the evening of the 15th and the gentleman who assisted us at the front desk was extremely pleasant, friendly, and helpful. The room was large and the hotel location was good. There was a microwave in the room. The bedding and bathroom were clean.

CanadaThe key would not work so the front desk person had to come let us into the room every time we went out but since it was a busy weekend had to wait until he could come. Also the tv would not work and he brought us down a fire stick to use but there was no USB converter to plug it in. Also there was no coffee in the room for the coffee maker and in the morning when I went down there was no coffee. Front desk person said they do not have coffee there although he gave some the night before. Only one bath towel in the bathroom also.
The room was up to date and comfortable. The front desk person was very friendly but was clearly overwhelmed and no other help available.

CanadaThe front door to get in is always lock. You have to wait for someone to let you in. They charged my visa twice for one night and I still haven’t got my money back. They don’t charge the bed sheets in between customers. The staff is a disaster.

CanadaStaff service was horrible Staff don’t wear uniforms so hard to distinguish them They answer phone with a hello I had to always ask if I was speaking with hotel They have poor communication skills My reservation was for two adults and one bed At check in I was asked about this about 3 times since there was Only one bed in room and my friend was same sex as me Not sure what the guy at check in was implying but it made it uncomfortable and awkward Also eventhough the reservation was for two the room only came with one towel one key card . I went to asked around 1030 am the next day and was told to go back to my room and that housekeeping will bring it in 15 mins I was asked if I wanted to check out and told him no I Prefer to shower and check out after … I waited for 5 mins at front desk for towel then went to my room to get ready … my friend got a call around 1055 remind us check out is at 11 am . We checked out at 11 am . Sketchy clientele not sure if it’s used as a homeless shelter ?
