No microwave or kettle in room was inconvenient. Pool was advertised as heated but it was not. Other than that, no downsides!

Cleaning service was great and thorough, came every day. Good mix of English & French TV channels for those who are not bilingual, which is a relatively rare event in Quebec these days. Beds were very comfortable.

I can't figure out why breakfasts can't be included in the room rate and we have to bother to pay additionally. Buffet break was passable though, not amazing, but quite alright. I am sure a la carte was better (but also a bit more expensive).

Views from higher floors are mind-blowing. The bed is probably the best hotel bed i've ever been to :) Excellent sleeping quality. Sound-proofing is alright. Bathroom is spacy. Shampoo, conditioner, soap, all top quality and smell amazing.

Just a bit drafty ans noisy with holiday parties in the on-site restaurant - and we were on the 7th floor. Parking across the street was a good compromise since theirs was full (& too low for our car)

Great central location, lots of handy amenities, super helpful staff, late check out. Nice pool and gym. Little extras like reading lights and great soap products. We had a beautiful view of the cathedral.

Breakfast buffet is not great. Little variety with poor quality. Disappointing. Dog friendly tables / section / patio for guests would be great improvement.

It was a bit of a walk to the old quarter of Quebec City, but good exercise!

The room was very clean, spacious, nicely furnished, very comfy bed and with an interesting layout and a nice view of the Church from our window. We also appreciated that housekeeping came in to spruce out the room while we were gone for the day. Overall, a really great stay! We did not use the restaurant or gym/pool facilities, so can't comment

The room we had facing the church and had a nice sun rise view. The staff were friendly especially with the concierge who had help us make the restaurant reservation and a brief introduction of the neighborhood. The room has a very unique design and we loved it.

TOO MANY HOMELESS around the area! It was a bit scary since we even saw one getting followed by the police. I would not recommend this place for that reason mainly as it seems to be an unsafe area. For the price, breakfast should also be included and wifi connection could have been better.

Nice room, we had to transfer to another one cause the initial one had a leak from the air-conditioning unit (this is actually a bad thing that they need to improve on but their quick action was appreciated). Facilities are amazing, especially the gym which is big and well-equipped. Had to pay extra for buffet breakfast which was hearty and well-seasoned.

The shower water pressure was not great and there wasn’t a room sign for ‘do not disturb’.

The bar called Table was closed on Sunday and Monday! The Monday that was long weekend for many other provinces except for Que. A hotel and its bar is designed for travelers not locals

The bathroom door was screeching, very annoying, but we reported it when we left.
