Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaThere was a strong smell of cleaning products in the rooms. Suggest changing this. Occasional smell of cigarette smoke in hallway suggested that the strong cleaning product smell is used to mask that.

CanadaIf you are cheap yet picky, or just picky, don't go here. The place is only for those who are in very low budget. The room is not as spacious, which is fair for the price, but everything essential is in the hotel (NOT IN THE ROOM)if its available upon request of course.
The hotel does not have any spacious food area and its only located along the hallway. But from what the costs, I am actually not expecting a lot. The great thing about is that the location. It is actually at the heart of Montreal. If you are travelling and will need to take the train most of the time, not picky and just really looking for somewhere to spent the night, this is the place.

AustraliaOur door didn’t fully fit its frame. It locked fine, but felt a bit strange having a small gap at the top.
Amazing location - so fun to be on Rue St Denis. Good walking distance to Old Montreal and Quartier des Spectables. Lots of restaurants around. Good room size and amenities were as expected. Felt relatively safe with staff always at the desk and locking the doors once it got late. Flexible check in times. Also convenient to have the little juice and coffee machine. They held our Uber Eats at the desk when it arrived before we returned from an errand.

CanadaGood value for money if you are o the budget side. Located on a busy street with a lot of shops and restaurants. Not good if you are a light sleeper, you will be easily disturbed by the noise coming from the street, some bars are open till morning. Good coffeemaker making fresh ground coffee was a great bonus, it really helps. There is also a cooler with juices and water, a microwave and hot water are available. Bathroom was clean. Room interior is dated, but what do you expect for 100 dollars per night for a family of four?

Canada1st night our room was cold , really cold but I talked to the gentlemen and it was fine the next two nights . My biggest problem was me being a clutz and hurting myself on the main entrance stairs lol but that's on me , not the hotel
The staff were friendly and super accommodating .. as soon as they saw my little ones stroller they put us on the 1st floor The hotel is close to just about everything and the metro is a block away for the things that are a bit farther away. Room was clean and beds were comfortable

It is very old and outdated, but the location is good. We were able to walk from site to the other. There is complimentary coffee, orange and apple juice available with a water dispenser.

AustraliaProperty is exactly what it is in the photos, little run down. But perfect, I say for a short stay. One small thing I would have also liked was a Cup, that be Paper cup just to be able to have some water. The WIFI on the “Lower Level” wasn’t very good and was slow or kept cutting out.
The Location is Perfect! Close by to so many things, and easy walk to Metro. Great for walking, and great if you arrive by Long distance Coach or are leaving by Long Distance Couch. You can also get from the Airport to Gare d’autocars de Montrêal on the “747” Bus and the Hotel is one street over
