CanadaAt first I didn’t believe it, but eventually it became clear to me that the floor in my room was slightly tilted, which was a bit odd. It didn’t actually make any meaningful difference, but once I figured it felt weird to me that the hotel will have a room like that. Another thing I didn’t like was that the staff didn’t assemble the pack-and-play that I requested from them. All other hotels that we stayed during this trip assembled the crib for us. Also related, the first pack-and-play that they gave us was broken.
The staff was very well behaved. Food is the restaurant was very good. The location cannot be better.

United Statesthe room was functional but very sparsely decorated. the worst part was that the air conditioner was very loud. it only allowed the fan on or off (i.e. no high/low settings). It was impossible to sleep with the a/c on due to the noise, so had to turn it off. I then had to turn it back on in the middle of the night as it got too hot.
good location - waterfront with the view of the marina and walkable to everything. staff was friendly. enjoyed having a gym at the property

CanadaThere was no window we were able to open to get fresh air. The air conditioning made noise so we had to turn it off at night. I believe the room had been renovated but there were still signs the hotel and our room was from an earlier time. The toilet was small, too small especially for my husband.
The location on the water front was perfect. I was there to visit a friend who lived nearby. Overall the room was clean and a good size.
