Very clean and modern suite. Well equipped. Nice linen. Calming colours. The north side of the Sparks tower was very quiet.

The bed. Two adults simply cannot sleep comfortably in a double bed. Double bed rooms should only be assigned to single travellers. All other beds should be King.

Second bedroom could have been a bit bigger.

The suite with 2 rooms was almost perfect. Great facilities, great location, loads of storage, good bathrooms. Outside space and pool table were a bonus.

The only issue with the room is there are no blackout curtains. They only have the white material ones that you can still see through at night.

Did not eat breakfast, but the room was excellent. You could live there, it has it all - kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, stove/oven and kitchen supplies. Was very impressed.

I didn't like the mattress I woke up with a extremely sore back and it would be nice for the shower rainfall head to be in the middle of the tub so that when two people are having a shower together they both can get wet at the same time

There wasn't much to not like about this place. When I went to use the iron, I hadn't noticed that someone who previously used it had scalded something sticky on it. The staff were very friendly and helpful when they did arrive with the new iron I requested. Something which wasn't really anything the hotel could do anything about was that there was no view from our room. The original metal work from the hotel was where our balcony was, and you couldn't see past it except up, and that was a building that was being gutted and would provide very little privacy when it is completed and inhabited.

The concierge was extremely helpful and friendly, I received a welcome tour of the main floor and its amenities. The air freshener used in the lobby and main hall was especially appreciated as it was not something that affected my very intensely sensitive allergies and was quite pleasant and not at all harsh chemicals. The suite was fairly well equipped, and I very much appreciated the quality of the toiletries due to my extreme allergic sensitivities as well. The lounges, fitness centre and the billiards room were a wonderful addition, as was the lounge on the 12th floor where you could see out across the city. Both the pillows and the bed were extremely comfortable, and we both slept extremely well. Each unit provided individual, adjustable central air and heat. The three large planters on the balcony, along with the hanging basket swing, gas fire pit, lounger, and sizeable table and chairs set, made a nice retreat area. The rack with towels at the inside back of the shower where they couldn't get wet but were accessible was a thoughtful touch. There was a substantial amount of towels and face cloths available, so we didn't have to ask for them. There was a rain shower with additional handheld, more intense shower, and well-sized tub in the the ensuite. The mirrors were large in both bathrooms and provided a lot of storage space behind them. There was significant lighting available and lots of windows providing ample natural light . One of the bedrooms had no windows, so that was great for people who prefer to wake up in more darkness. The aesthetic was very pleasing and comfortable with a very natural air. All of the staff that we encountered were extremely friendly and helpful. Since this was our second stop through our travels, I did enjoy having the washer and dryer in suite. I found the suite very quiet, which helps with sleeping and being very comfortable.

Small details: they provide coffee and sugar, which is great, but with no spoon or stir stick to stir with. They were supposed to call when my room was ready but didn't.

Centrally located hotel, with nice-sized rooms. Staff was polite. The bed was quite comfortable. There is a kitchenette and pots and pans, though no cutlery.
