The parking garage was a tad bit sketchy to enter, the door wouldn’t open for me so I got stuck on the downward ramp for a bit. But that’s more of a building issue rather than Sonders’.

I travel a lot for work and this was the first place that felt like a cozy apartment rather than a boring hotel room. I was able to access my room without having to interact with a front desk for checking, this made me feel like I was entering my own home after a long day at work! The modern designs and cleanliness really made me happy. The amenities are fantastic and functional!

Nothing really..

Very easy to find. Staff was very accommodating - very easy check-in and check-out process. The unit and the rooms were much bigger than expected. It was walking distance to the sights we wanted to see including Parliament House, Notre Dame Cathedral, etc.. The available waher and dryer helped a lot with mid-travel washing.

The hotel is really great, located in the middle of Ottawa, clean, comfy... Also close to most of the attractions (around 10min from the Senate/House of Commons) We loved the lockers to put our stuff in it for the last day before leaving. They're super useful for a last walk outside without all of our bags. The little kitchen is also awesome to make a quick meal without leaving the comfort of the room!

The fact that you have to pay for the parking is a little is not really fair.

The hotel was at walkable distance from all attractions, so that we didn’t need to take the car. We didn’t understand how to turn on the hot water, the assistance on the Sonder App was really quick to help us. There’s a kitchen so you can bring food along with you and heat it or fix something there. Really clear instruction to access the building and your room.

Superb, spacious room with fully equipped new kitchen. The bed in the master bedroom was huge and super comfortable. Excellent location, at a walking distance from the main sites. The rooms have everything one needs (enough storage space, a large working table, kitchen paper...). It is one of the best places I have ever stayed and for a reasonable price. We stayed with our two kids, who also loved the space.
