Difficult to figure out how to use the heat pump in the room.

The room was very comfortable, very clean, but could't figure out how to turn the heating cycle on, on the heat pump.

Staff were pleasant but not very visible. Bathroom a bit cramped. Lack of privacy in room 10 as main window overlooked stairs to car park.

Out of all the properties we would be staying at during our trip, Eden hall was one of the ones I was looking forward to the most and it did not disappoint. The property is nice and clean, there was some bits that needed work like the ceiling in our room but a property this age will always be a work in progress. The location of the property is good for the town centre and all the things to see.

breakfast was reliable, but a bit repetitive--a bit more variety would have been welcome. one of the steps on the front entrance needs to be painted with an orange stripe for safety. Missing this stone step would result in a fall.

We were extremely pleased with our stay at Eden Hall Inn. The facilities, at least for our room, were excellent with beautiful decor and a large living space. The private washroom was also excellent with full shower and counter space. There was a jacuzzi tub in our living area at the base of our very comfortable bed. The staff were all excellent, friendly, and courteous. When we arrived in our room it was late due to traveling during the day. Our room was ready for our arrival with inviting lighting already on, the tv was on and showing beautiful settings, and comforting music was playing in the background. The breakfast was an excellent buffet with plenty of variety. Parking was adequate and private on the grounds. The location of the property was excellent. We loved the wrap around porch also.

Amazing. Eggs, bake goods, sausage, lots of fruit. Juice and coffee. 15 minute walk to great restaurant and Confederation of Arts to see Anne of Green Gables. Beautiful old house. Wished we stayed longer!!

It was all good.

The staff really did go the extra mile. Thw hotel offered coffee in the room, water and other goodies. They really did everything to make it a great experience. Very good breakfast too.

The buffet breakfast had all of the essentials. The property was very clean and classy looking. There was attention to detail in the decor, from the colour scheme to the actual furniture/decorations. It was a very lovely spacious accommodation. There was water filling stations and glasses near the rooms with a shared microwave (did not use). The location was on a safe, quiet side street, but walking distance to the waterfront restaurants etc. There was sufficient parking onsite.

N/A, my husband and I would stay again if on another Maritimes vacation.

Great breakfast, location close to downtown, and very comfortable, historic furnishings. In addition, a tire on our rental car became flat overnight. Luckily, the owners had an air pump which allowed us to pump up the tire enough to drive to a shop for patching.

The mattress in the Charlotte Room was old and not comfortable. There was an ensuite but it was small. There could have been two suitcase holder if the room because I used a small chair to balance mine.

The fruit was terrific. There were always three hot items and this could have been changed up. The location was within walking distance to entertainment and restaurants.

Everything was exceptional! Lovely breakfast, very clean and beautiful room with very comfy bed, TV, mini fridge, and coffee maker. Would definitely recommend staying here!!
