Not very easy to meet with the owner/staff. Wifi not always the best. These are minor points though. This is a great place to stay.

Very nice house. Id loved the kitchen and the living room. So cosy to stay and relax in this area. The room is comfortable and the bathroom on the same floor is very clean. The house is near the railwaystation, but very quiet. I was happy to stay for a night and enjoyed beautiful Bern.

Proximity to the station had its downsides. There was a lot of train noise - wheels clacking and grinding over track joints, squealing of brakes. If you're a light sleeper and need to have the window open, it may not be ideal. We were so tired from travelling it didn't bother us for the one night we stayed. Would've preferred cotton sheets

There were cereals, juice and milk, along with teas and a coffee machine available for guest use and a fridge for storage of guests' own food, though we didn't use that as we only stayed one night. The public areas - lounge, dining room looked very comfortable. The location, within five minutes walk of the main station was ideal for us dragging two heavy bags.

Recommend to take Flip-flops just cause the bathrooms are shared (but still clean!). Would be great to have a little lock on the door that wasn't the key, then if one of the people is still out there is no problem with the key :) just an idea!

Great location right next to the station, so if you need to get the train - this is the one for you. Still easily walkable from center. Kitchen is amazing, lovely touches from the staff and everything is very clean. Really big room and mattress was good, great value for money.

Bathroom was a little cold for us two Australians, although the rest of the house was perfectly warm! Somebody stole some of our food from the fridge and guests in the neighbouring room played their music too loud until late in the night. You couldn't hear it from the corridor, however between rooms was less soundproof.

Great location, a very short walk from the Bern Train Station and easy access to two supermarkets. Easy check-in process and spacious accommodation. Kitchen had everything we could have needed and Stefan let us use the washing machine.

Really clean and comfy place. If you need a place just to sleep over it is ideal. Close to the train station and there is no check in time which is really convenient.

The check-in procedure wasn't so clear--I actually think this might have been a problem wiht Booking.com more than the property, but I'm not sure.

Loved that it's a group house with shared facilities--it was great having access to the kitchen, backyard, etc., but I don't need them all to myself.

Am Pavillion is a beautiful house and is like a home away from home - beautiful rooms, fully equipped kitchen, and the lounge and dining room to use. I loved the feeling of it.

Facility is fairly basic as expected for bnb. Room on 3rd floor smells slightly musty. Bed too soft for my comfort.

Location is great, within 5 mins walk from Bern station. There's a kitchen facility if you need to do some light cooking. Laundry facility is also available for long time traveller to replenish fresh clothing

Because we were right next to the train station if you sleep with the window open it can be very noisy. Obviously that is not something that can be fixed but bring ear plugs. With the windows closed you can't hear the trains and it is very quiet.

The room was large and airy with high ceilings and a balcony. It was very spacious and comfortable. Very close to the train station and town. We loved every minute of our time here.

The bathroom was across the hall and shared with two other rooms. But it was clean and worked just fine. The bathrobe was a plus.

The property is a 4 minute walk from the train station which was what I needed. It was easy to check in. My room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I loved the balcony. The breakfast of cereal and juice was perfectly fine.
