Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Philippineswe asked for extra towels ( 2 per room ) , the guy at the reception first declined saying what do you expect from a 3star hotel. Then i explained that we needed extra towels to dry off our long hair. Then he said, come back after dinner and he gave us the extra towels when we came back. on the second day, the lady just gave our requests without any further comments.
The breakfast selection is good. On our first day, we wanted to be seated in a table for six to have more space as we are 4 big people. our request was not granted. On the second day, we were allowed upon insistence that it was our last day anyway, the lady allowed us and we felt more comfortable.

Fantastic location next to the station. Great room plenty of space for 3 people. In reception free tea & coffee lovely when back in from a cold walk. Hotel is right in the town plenty of shops. Wonderful choice at breakfast. Staff couldn't do enough especially Doreen on reception plenty of knowledge of the area. Great help when planning our day. Thomas also on reception had a problem with the TV sorted out within minutes. Everything we asked was dealt with kindness and politeness.

Great location to train stations, 100m from Interlaken west and about a mile (which isn't far) from Interlaken ost, bus station 30m across the street, cant really fault the location at all. Thomas was great, he was friendly and really personal with the service. Room was a good size. Sockets had USB ports which was amazing as we had forgotten to bring ours. Close to shops and restaurants. The breakfast was decent, there was enough on offer.
