Great location. Only about a 5-10 minute walk to the train station. Approximately 10 minute walk to the Chapel Bridge and downtown area. The water and sparkling water in the lobby was a great additional to the hotel. The staff was also very friendly at the front desk and also at the restaurant.

This hotel was in a great location, about a 10 min. walk from the train station. I liked that it was close to a major bus line. Staff members were helpful. Beverages in the room refrigerator were included in the price I paid. There was complimentary coffee, tea, and water (regular and sparkling) available 24/7 in the lobby.

The staff were extremely helpful, and the breakfast was very much worth it. A perfect start to the day. This hotel is a really good jump off destination because it was very close to the train station. It is a 5-minute walk, if that. 2 more minutes, and you were in the center of the old town where all the historical sites are. The accommodations are perfect for a family on vacation. Not overly fancy, just clean and comfortable.

Family room is actually 2 rooms attached, this is amazing! We had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, the benefit of being together with the privacy of a separate room. The kids key/necklace is a great idea - my kids loved it and were very independent. The location is walking distance from everything, we didn't need any public transportation (that is free with the room, btw!) Coffee machine in the room, free drinks in the minibar, smiling staff. 10/10.

The bathroom doors didn’t lock which was a little weird.

The receptionist was so nice and helpful, the facilities were clean and updated and while breakfast was an extra charge, it was worth it. A great selection. I would definitely stay here again. Plus it was a walkable distance to the train station and many restaurants.

The location of the hotel near the train station was great. The area that the hotel was in was a nice area of town. It felt very safe. The hotel staff were wonderful. The breakfast was very good, also.

Good choice at breakfast. Liked the waterfall themed decor in the room. Comfortable room and had a small balcony which was nice to sit out on. Free water/soft drinks in the mini fridge daily. Friendly staff. Easy to walk along road at side of the railway station past Burger king and Migros to get to hotel, its not very far away.
