Too modern and open toilet but which does not 100% working (with the spraying to the but ;-)), miss to be able to just talk face to face with a staff.

There is not much happening in the area and very few restaurants. There is a supermarket but it is about 15 minutes walk away. The apart-hotel is very high tech but when it doesn't work it can be a real pain. Lights were almost impossible to turn off and electronic curtains had a mind of their own. The toilet lid is on a motion detector so would open and close whenever you were nearby. The hair dryer plug didn't fit the Swiss bath room plug so it couldn't be used in the bathroom. Boiling water tap didn't work and needed a plumber in to fix it. The desk is actually the kitchen table. There were no rubbish instructions to rubbish started to pile up after a few days. I think that this place is trying to be ultra automated but it is just not functional. Lighting in the hallway is in the doors so there is mostly darkness and what light there is, shines in your face.

Very helpful concierge who met us on arrival and assisted with key code, City transport and parking. Nice to just have a door code without the need for keys. Parking was free and easy. The room was very quiet. Washing machine and tumble dryer were a nice touch. The TV had some excellent streaming channels and was easy to use. Free tourist bus is just 5 minutes walk away and takes you to the city centre in about 10 minutes.

The heat of the shower was a bit inconsistent, so finding the right balance takes some time and luck. But very comfortable otherwise.

Great location for being a connection into Bern city. Very comfortable bed and smart design. We brought our cat, so really appreciated the pets allowed option. It was as also nice and quiet with great sound-proofing, which helped us and our cat relax while staying.

The location is in a quiet area. the hotel is very technology oriented and have remotes for most things. The hotel has a free parking and local tourist authorities provide free public transportation tickets for the length of your stay. The room/bed is very comfy and we slept wonderfully good. We will return there on our next trip to Bern.

Sound isolation is not the best, you can hear everything that is happening in the corridor.

Rooms are well equipped, staff is extremely nice and helpful. Hotel is pet friendly and this is absolutely amazing ! We really appreciate the service we ve got 🫶🏻

No kettle. There was Internet break out for 1 hour but the stuff was super friendly and tried to fix it ASAP.

Location, if you need to go to the center to the old city, you need to walk 10-15 minutes to the tram, if you need to go to the railway station, then everything is closer
