Nothing at all.

The staff! Jules and Patrick were fantastic as well as the gentleman on reception but didn’t get his name. The hotel dates back to 1959 and it felt very cosy sat eating the delicious fondue, drinking wine, watch the snow coming down outside! A lovely stay and will definitely come back here again. The COG railway was literally 2 minutes away and a novelty ride to and from the centre of Montreaux plus it’s free if staying at the hotel.

This is a lovely hotel in every way ! Beautiful location, pleasant and clean room. Everyone is welcome. Their hospitality knows no bounds. The restaurant is fabulous, delicious food and drinks ;) It is absolutely worth the price, and we would love to return !

We booked a shared bathroom room, not a huge fan of the toilet not having somewhere to wash hands in the same space, and not a huge fan of the bathtub situation but it was ok!

The view from our room was spectacular! And the breakfast was great

The restaurant is really nice and welcoming with the open fires and friendly staff . The one thing which i find so over the top in price was 1/2 liter beer costed us 10chf and the 300ml shandy 6.50 never been charged sooo much anywhere else !

Great location. It was lovely to not need to use the car for 3 days as there was lovely walks straight from the hotel and the train stop was only 3 minutes from hotel which takes you straight into the middle of montreaux ( free of charge) .

Everything! The view was amazing, the local transportation to arrive was also great! At night we had some fondue which was great!!! We told them it was a special occasion and they made the whole experience super special. 10/10 recommned. If I ever go back this is where I will stay and recommend to friends.

If anything rooms were very sparse, ie no drawers for clothes but wasn’t an issue

Stayed on third floor, with shared WC’s and bathroom. Cut shower curtain to proper length, maybe install eco-toilets that have sinks above the water basins ?

Missing TV

Some of the guests don’t seem to understand that the noise carries through the wooden walls. Guests in the room next to ours were loud until 1:30am playing music and chatting, just inconsiderate. Not the fault of the hotel though but your sleep may be impacted.

Very nice property, magnificent views on the mountains and the lake. Great restaurant.

The breakfast along with the view and cabin feel was the highlight of the trip itself. Great location as it is really close to the train station, delicious food offer, and amazing views.

The room is not spacious for couple as we stay at the last corner unit.

Its suitable for short stay as the view over here is fantastic. Their service is also great! They are very polite. Breakfast is worth for value. They also provided the Montreux Rivera Card which valid for 3 days. This really save us a lot!

Everything is good!

Everything is good! Breakfast with many options, room is very clean and the view is amazing! Friendly and helpful staff. I definitely recommend this hotel. I wish I could stay longer.

I guess the squeaky floor but then did it add to the charm.

We had a beautiful stay at Le CouCou, so peaceful and the view was Spectacular. We had a great dinner in the restaurant excellent food and wine. The staff were so helpful and friendly. We had a wonderful breakfast everything you wanted, before going down to Montreux on the cog rail for free.
