On booking the 3 bed apartment it stated two double bedrooms and two single beds in the third bedroom. We were not aware it was a bunk bed (and my son is 6ft 5 !) he managed the bottom bunk but had there been a fifth member it may have been difficult However, it all worked out !

Great location. My husband and my grown up kids stayed here for a long weekend. Very nostalgic for us all here. My kids learnt to ski here 20 years ago where we would book the hotel apartment which was opposite the hotel. That was demolished and the new apartment is now there. Great apartment with gorgeous views. Breakfast was included which was greatly received.

The rooms were dirty (sand and a lot of dust on the floor, carpets and multiple bird droppings on the balcony railing).

-Location is amazing next to ski school and kids ski park for learning. For parents with kids at ski school you cannot do better. - the room was really nice (221)with 3 windows lots of light and one small balcony and a view overlooking mountains and street village -ski in and out with ski room super convenient -breakfast OK, did not try restaurant in evening -Terrace of the hotel bar in front of ski school to watch your kids learning while sipping your apero, nice bar in an old gondola

We had a small problem with no curtains but staff quickly corrected it the next day.

Location in middle of town, near ski school, and Sportscenter was perfect for our stay in winter, allowing us to easily get to lifts, skiing, and to use the complimentary swim passes.

No complaints...but given we were practically the only people in a 100+ room hotel, they could have given us a little bit of an upgrade. They sent us numerous emails, but they neglected to tell us the train was out of service so their directions to get to the town and hotel were useless.

Breakfast was included and was very good including espresso drinks. The room was functional. Great view of the Eiger out the window. Staff were very nice.

Dragging luggage up to hotel was a bit tough since it was farther away from tram station then expected and one f as moly member had sore foot.

The water was cold in the shower on the 2nd day and the staff wasn't very apologetic or accommodating. Everything is old and dated. No coffee/tea in the room or lobby.

We got numerous emails about the check in and directions how to take the train into town. However they neglected to tell us that the train had been out of service for several weeks (since Oct 1) for repair and would be until December. Thus we had to take a different route to town. Not a big problem but created some unnecessary anxiety. Given that there were only ~6 people staying in a 50 room hotel, they might have offered us an upgrade.

Good breakfast w/ expresso and eggs included. Staff was very nice and helpful. The view from the windows was incredible, however sitting in our room, you couldnt see out of the windows because of the way they were positioned. You had to stand up and lean out.
