Amazing stay! Great, new hotel with superb amenities. There is a spacious underground parking, great wellness, big room with mountains view and super comfortable bed and the breakfast was delicious. Local honey and chocolate spread to die for! Yummy! The rooms were very well noise-isolated. Highly recommend. I hope to come back soon!

Not many dining options nearby (especially when the hotel Restaurant is closed on mondays and tuesdays), would recommend eating somewhere on the way, because once you go up the mountain roads to get to this place, you don't really wanna have to go back down. We ended up getting kebab at the only place that was still open.

Perfect as a base for excursions in the beautiful Lenzerheide mountain area. The wellness area is very nice! Great that the hotel has a special room for children!

The restaurant was closed two days in off season. We went end of June and the first day it was open. The service and food was amazing. Just would have been nice to know in advance that the restaurant is closed couple of days in off season. Their sister property 15 min drive does have restaurant that is open.

The pillow was too big, but you have the options to change it. Just ask at the reception.

We had a fantastic stay! The staff was friendly, the breakfast really tasty and bed comfortable. Having the possibility to go to the SPA and afterwards sit on the balcony and enjoy the view, was relaxing! The rooms are soundproof, so we were not disturbed by any noise. As well, not to forget about the free underground packing! We will definitely book this hotel again for our future trip.

The restaurant was closed the night we stayed.

The check in was smooth and we were able to park our motorbikes right outside the hotel, the room was modern and nicely kitted out with modern fittings and bathroom.

Underground garage has electric charging but you need to bring your own cables. Pizzas in restaurant were good but the choices outside the pizza menu were a little limited.

Fitness room needs absolutely an update, almost useless for cardio - both on equipment quality/use and on amount. Actually the only issue which was remarked, but a very important one for many guests.

All was fabulous.

Not sure why this is a 3 Star hotel, absolutely fantastic - from the first to the last moment. Exceptionally kind employees, from receptionist to waitress and Chef de Service. Clean, great SPA, good location and fantastic for the price.

Only 2 things , firstly, as the food was perfect we felt the wine was to expensive, paying £60 for a £10 bottle was quite steep, as other restaurants did also have a more reasonable option, and secondly, you have a beautiful spa area, which we were enjoying very much until we were joined by a number of naked Germans, we certainly arnt prudish but whilst relaxing didn’t really want to have to endure a variety of shapes , and also from a hygiene point of view sitting on the slabs in the sauna
