There was really nothing not to like. The size of the apartment i could say but we could manage easily.

The location is the best. Had everything you need and very clean. Parking . Old traditional building. Free coffee for everyone in their cafe nearby, with excellent position to the river

Very thin walls so you could hear the neighbours very clearly, no TV in room.

I guess the lack of a lift was an issue when moving luggage up to our rooms on the 3rd level but all in all, it was great!

I liked that it had quite a vintage feel and there was a ‘wooden’ concept in the rooms. Beds were quite comfortable and heater was working well given we went there in relatively cold weather. Kudos too to the welcome slabs of chocolates on our beds and the complimentary coffee vouchers! The property staff were also very friendly and helpful, helping us with our questions and queries for our trip planning. Cheers

The room and bathroom were a little cramped with four adults, but it didn't prevent us from having a good time together.

Very nice location. The self check in process was a little tricky on a smartphone, but once checked in everything worked perfectly for us and we had no issues. The room was a good temperature in February and the beds were comfortable.

Room very small, poor lighting, located on a 3rd with no elevator, so not very nice to carry luggage all the way up. Shower door not fitted properly, water keeps going out after use.

It’s automatic check in , but the owner’s wine bar is few steps away , I can easily access if I have questions! The hotel is very simple designed with class ! I like it very much !

Very expensive for what you get but that seems like everywhere in Interlaken. Room is small. Sound proofing isn’t great particularly from the guests in the room above ours - could hear them walking around constantly.

The staff were friendly. We were able to check in early. Bed was really comfortable. Shared kitchen available.

The lights were a bit dark, might not be the best for children (to read a book).

My first time to have this self check-in experience, was quite good and smooth. Not a fancy hotel, quite cost effective and in a lovely location. You can still tell the history of the room, which is a good thing if you like see something different comparing to non-Switzerland hometown.

The room is a bit smaller than expected, but still suitable for three adults. The shower seems not having a ventilation system and some smell accumulates after one day. But after communicating with the owner, the cleaning team did an excellent job to remove those smell everyday and we got fresh shower everday when we're back to the room.

The location is perfect, very close to the public transport and supermarket. Communication was smooth and our issue was resolved immediately onthe next day, we really appreciate that. In addition, we love the guest kitchen!

The room and bathroom are really small. I kept knocking myself against the bed all the time. The way the mirror wrack was hung made it very difficult to use the wash basin bcos it came in the way of our activities- washing hands/brushing teeth etc. The hotel is more like a hostel so they should keep a vending machine or a tuck shop. It rained that evening due to which we could not go out and had nothing to have for dinner.

It was a well located hotel. It was v clean and compact. Being a hotel with no staff, the check in was v smooth.
