The shared common room/facilities could have been a bit bigger, perhaps with a couch and more chairs to facilitate more engagement between different people. All in all though, I had a wonderful time.

The rooms are pretty small so even though there were just 3 people in my room including myself it was very crammed with all our luggage.

Staff all so friendly, great location, free breakfast and complimentary tea + coffee all day. Dorms were roomy and clean, beds comfy, plug sockets next to each bed!! Even had a fridge in the dorm! Would defo stay again

A little hob would have been useful in the kitchen

It was perfect for everything we needed! We were able to leave our bags in the lockers before we’d checked in and after we checked out. The room was a great size for the three of us and the kitchen was set up with the essentials for breakfast and to make a few quick meals on nights we didn’t want to eat out

I wish building entrance downstairs was well lit. I was kind of really dark. I wish the kitchen has cooking options.

The front desk folks were excellent. They gave me all the necessary helpful information and maps. Free breakfast was great specially in expensive place like Zurich. The beds were comfortable, Wifi was excellent. Location was very convenient. I loved that they provided lockers with locks and and fridge in the room to store our food. I checked in couple hours earlier than the check in time and they were OK with it. All in all, great place.

The hostel was near to the city, it’s not at Zurich station but near to all attractions and easily accessible by trams. Staff are friendly and there were free bread, jams, butter and coffee. Clean and well maintained. There were all sizes of lockers at level 2 where you can place your luggage before check in and/or after check out. There were fans in the room to keep the room windy and personal lockers in the room big enough for luggage and personal belonging.

The price is a little expensive for a hostel, but it seems typical for Switzerland.

The staff was super friendly and allowed me to leave my bags in a locker before check in as well as the next day after I checked out. They also gave me my room key early and were very helpful! Would stay again! The hostel is also in a great location!

I had to wait till 3 to check in but check out was at 10 am. i even mentioned that i am ok to pay, but it wasn't possible. Also, there was a person who was always in the common room, either with his laptop or just sitting there. After a time it got annoying that he had an opinion on everything and kept trying to talk even when he could see the other person is busy. i know my room mate also was avoiding the common room because of his constant presence.

i liked how inspite of being shared toilets, everything was very clean. and also the location was the best.

It's too expensive. As a solo traveller who just wants to have privacy and own bathroom, never in my life I paid so much money for a hostel. It doesn't justify the price.

The location is excellent - not only because it's in the city center, but also train station is 4 min away, 5 tram lines are also 5 min away.

There's a lot a noise near the hostel at night. Including the hostel own bar. Can be trick to sleep early.

Location is awesome. The neighborhood is filled with nice bars and restaurants. Very close to many famous spots in the city. Close to the river. The lockers in the rooms are very big. There's individual sinks on each room.

The noise from the windows is discomforting. The cleanliness is questionable, The bed sheets were cleaned when I arrived yet they are VERY OLD!!!!! Literally they look like 20 years old, therefore this was very uncomfortable for me, also the blankets themselves arent cleaned you have to add the sheet on the blanket which is not convenient to figure out especially if you are staying for a night or two, the cleanliness of the room is also questionable i had bugs on my bed, the sink looked very dirty and the soap machine was also very old and not the cleanest. However, if you do not wish to stay more than a sleep in the hostel it is a very good option.

The location is amazing. Literally in Old Town which is close to the Lake and only 15 minutes walking from Shopping and Main Station that takes you anywhere, easy access to the street and to the most important city views. Each bed had a small lamp and access to a locker which made the stay more safe and comfortable

The common room is a little small and it’s not a very social hostel - as a solo traveller this wasn’t great -I would definitely say that the average age of guests is over 30

rooms are very spacious and bright, the location is brillant and the staff are friendly. They were extremely kind and let me check in super early aswell! The lockers to keep your stuff in before/after checkout are huge and super useful! access to Tea and coffee all day!!

I shared a room with 2 couples, but they weren't as social on my first night there. The charging plug is located inside the lockers in the room, and my charger just about reached my bed. You have to make your own bed with the bed sheets provided, and my towel was dirty with red stains on them. The communal toilet on the 5th floor was loose with a screw off, so the toilet lifted off the floor to the left as I sat on it. The street outside is quite noisy at night time.

The location is convenient as there are many bars and shops in proximity. Also, the lake is nearby, which is very scenic, including the Swiss Museum and the Kunstaus Gallery being 10-15 minutes walk away. I met some great people in the common area on my second night there, which made the social aspect of travelling even better.
