Room was very dark and cold on arrival. The decor a bit tired. It would have been great if the pool was open.

Terrific location near the ferry terminal and easy walk to Mt Rigi cable car. Very quiet, relaxing spa with sauna and steam room. The view from the gym was perfect for working out. Magnificent views from the balcony.

It was very cold in the whole place. We were freezing and has to wear our winter jacket while taking our breakfast in the restaurant for breakfast buffet😔

all in all it's just absolutely not worth the momey particularly because i specifically filtered hotels with pools for our spa weekend and the pool was closed!!! i even communicated with the hotel a week before check in about parking and they mentioned nothing. there were no slippers provided for the spa to go with the robe. the restaurants were closed. tv programme was lousy, there is a channel called netflix with no sign in option (lol what?) and there were no glass coasters, something that's not a big deal but could be soooo easily fixed. not a new building. no shopping options on saturday after 5 p.m. at all.

the location is nice and breakfast was good. the beds were comfortable and there were a bath tub and a coffee machine in the room. the hotel cat was cute 😍 the view of the lake is amazing. the ship stops right in front of the hotel.

Not sure where the noise was comming from but it was a bit disturbing- seemed like washing or drying machine:( Perhaps worth to introduce more environmental friendly amenities and not single small ones Perhaps hot water dispenser could have been placed on each hotel floors

The location, breakfast and vegan options, gentlemen in the restaurant was exceptional friendly and helpful:) Spa and gym area was good too. Coffee machine :)

minimal service due to winter closing season. spa only open 18:00 to 22:00. hotel needs some refreshment and normal maintenance which seems to be put in pause until the start of the new season: replacement of light bulbs in the rooms, light swiches not working properly. We still think that it was a good value, for money and we had a great time.

The location, the view, the breakfast, the spa even if the air temperature between the equipment was a little chilly.

Bathscreen was useless flooded bathroom floor. Dust on wall papered walls, bathroom floor was dirty! Breakfast not included, and way to expensive. TV didn't work! Coffee machine was temperamental! Only 2 coffee sachets provided! No free bottle of water in room. Feather pillow provided was rubbish.

Nice quiet location, room was fairly clean, good view of the lake. Parking available.

Receptionist wasn't helpful at all. Anything we asked she didn't knew (how coffee mashine works, what nr to call to reception etc.) She repeated same: I don't know I am here for 2 weeks only. Very unprofessional person, not interested to help. Safe at the room have no lock, closet leaking, on top of that on the 1st day of our stay nobody clean the room, motivated that my door sign tells cleaner no disturb. I didn't know I should take a picture to proof I am right. For money we've paid we expected excellent customer service and attention to our needs at least. Fortunately other lady (supervisor) explained everything we wanted to know, she was very friendly helpful and informative.
