The televison did not have instructions as how to get the different channels. I think mine was out of order as I could just hear it but no picture. But as I was there just one night there was no point in complaining.

I have absolutely nothing to complain about. Very good selection as far as Breakfast is concerned. I was impressed with the cleanliness.

I can't think of anything I didn't like in particular.

I liked everything about it - location (just a minute's walk to bus and train stations, walking around the lake's edges), breakfast, room with balcony, breakfast room with balcony, cleanliness of room and common areas. I also felt safe as a solo female traveller.

Wonderful location and my room had a balcony overlooking the lake. Room was functional but perfectly adequate, breakfast really good, and the male staff member on reception was a fount of information about things to do in Locarno and couldn't have been more helpful

Electrical outlets were a bit inconvenient to access.

Location was perfect for Swiss Pass holders. Steps from the train station. Many restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. Right across the street from the lake. Nice walking/running trail around the lake. Water pressure in the shower was amazing. Staff was extremely helpful.

Very expensive, even for Switzerland. Shower ridiculously cramped and shower head only pointed at the gap between the doors which meant water poured everywhere. Seating in room was two very hard plastic chairs - not very comfortable, and we would have expected something better for the price paid.

Great location - especially as it turned out there’s a back door that leads almost directly to the train station, which was very convenient. Staff friendly and helpful. Good coffee facilities. Nice view from the balcony (shame it rained the whole time we were there!).

Hotel location is excellent. Staff was very helpful. Parking is easily avaiable in front of the hotel (public parking).

The facilities, they are quite old, need to be renovated especially in the bathroom and partially the room, the floor really needs some work.

The breakfast was very good, good quality of breads, cereals, fruits and drinks. It’s better than I expected.

no secure parking, I parked across the road under the trees,.. Covered in tree sap in the morning, Also having to pay, Residents parking permits would be a good way to go!

Breakfast was fabulous and a great view over the lake. I know that you were not offering dinner, but the pizza next door was fantastic, and a good recommendation, also you 10% discount voucher was a great bonus.

I mean, for the price, what more could I expect? This isn't a luxury hotel - no bath, no refrigerator, basic breakfast. But for the price, and that location, it was a perfect place to stash my stuff while I went out, and to sleep when I was done going out.

The location is what makes this place. The room was basic (although clean and pleasant), but the location on the lakeside could not be better. The balcony was as big as the room, and I was lucky enough to be there for a fireworks display that the balcony basically gave me a front-row seat for. The staff was friendly and helpful. The Wi-Fi was fast enough to suit my needs.

The location is absolutely perfect, with direct access to the lake and just a few steps from the train station. Friendly staff.

The room was comfortable with a wonderful balcony overlooking the lake. Only complaint is the the shower is small.

Perfect location, right on the lake. Martin at reception was wonderful: looked up train schedules; made recommendations for activities, and facilitated use of free bikes. Fabulous service! Breakfast was also wonderful! Great selection of very fresh and healthy food!

Location is a short walk from the train, bus, shops and a great gelateria Staff are super friendly and attentive. Clean room with a lake view, nice breakfast, tea and coffee available the whole day. I would definitely consider this place if visiting Locarno again.
