The rooms vary in size and this time ours was a bit smaller. There were a few operational issues that we experienced: only one key, understaffing at breakfast, no conditioner in the room. The hotel staff was great and handled them very efficiently and well, but it’s worth a mention that they still had an impact on the mood of the stay.

We have stayed here several times now. Great breakfast with vegan/vegetarian options! The woman at the breakfast service was so kind and very thoughtful. And this is usually the case: the staff here are very real and kind. We did some local hikes and always hit the spa/sauna in the afternoon for several hours of relaxation. The facilities in wellness are outstanding, especially their bio sauna and the fruit and tea selection for a quick snack.

the breakfast could have been better and more varied, minor things missing like a toaster and slices of cheese. Flims is a very quiet town, nice for a family visit, but no aprés ski anywhere.

Beautiful decor. Great spa, we particularly liked the outdoor area in the april sunshine.

We went late in the Season and Flims was very quiet, almost deserted. There isn’t a huge variety of restaurants or patisseries to go to.

The Hide hotel has a great spa (though no pool), good breakfasts, and feels a bit hip (though I am not sure about the see through glass to the bathrooms in each room) and was good value. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I wasn't too impressed by the quality of the food in the steak restaurant. The atmosphere and design were great thought. The food itself lacked a bit in quality.

The room's design was great. We had a spacious balcony. The vibe was simply good. The location couldn't be better if one wants to go skiing - car park, hotel, ski lift / gondola is pretty much all in the same building. Yet it's not noisy.

Location is perfect. Breakfast was great. The room is really beautiful. The overall design of the hotel is fantastic and we absolutely loved it. Staff was very efficient and attentive to our requests. I have pet allergies and sent in a request before we arrived to ask that all cushions and velvet bed covers were removed and that the room would be cleaned with extra care and aired before we arrived and the staff was very helpful and very understanding, which makes a huge difference. Now if I could give one piece of feedback on behalf of people who like me have allergies to pet hair, it would be to keep some rooms pet-free. Just like a cook wouldn't dream of adding nuts to a dish he would serve to a person who had nut allergies, hotels and hosts should be more mindful of pet hair allergies.

Easy to find and so well located. Lifts from underground car park to reception and rooms. Rooms are comfortable, well designed and always cleaned thoroughly. Good range of food at breakfast. Friendly and welcoming staff - all encountered with a smile and so courteous. So close to main Gondola lift. 1.5 hours to Zurich!

The elevators are painfully slow. Might seem not important but with just two elevators serving 4 floors you can wait a while at peak times. There is parking available but you have to get past the guard who didn’t speak German or English and really did not want us to enter. This is only an issue if you arrive eg on Saturday or Sunday in winter when it’s sunny and busy. breakfast room is clearly a bit small and they have to split you into arrivals times. The room is good but note you can see anyone showering as it is glass with minimal frosting. so if you are just friends that might be awkward

Amazing Hotel with beautiful interior design. The breakfast was okay but the rooms were super nice and comfortable with a decent-sized balcony! The location of the hotel was amazing - right by the ski lift and close to a few restaurants and bars. I will definitely return to this hotel.

Soundproofing can be improved - avoid room 333, as it's next to the lift shaft. Breakfast choice is quite limited for this level of hotel

Location is unbeatable - steps away from the ski lift, ski school, supermarket. Rooms are spacious and nicely designed. Hotel bar is chic and relaxing. Sushi pop up is a must - one of the best sushi places in Switzerland

Breakfast was good, and as the hotel give us time slots for breakfast, the restaurant was not crowded. Room was clean, bath space was nice. There was a nice Nespresso machine in the room. Love the sauna facilities and the yard/ space which is attached to the room. Location is very convenient/ access to COOP, PostAuto is very close by. Drinks at the hotel bar was priced very reasonably (considering its a ski resort in Switzerland)

Breakfast: few options for a 4 star hotel and the quality of the vegetables were below average. Often we felt that the food was from the days before. e.g.: tomate and cucumber not fresh at all.
