Kitchen its available in suites but you need to pay 50fr to have the kit. Parking its kinda confuse, the gentleman Who made our check in didnt explain well, even the directions to the room.

The room was amazing. Big room (suite). They provide umbrella and pool bag, slippers and robe. View its stunning They are having renovations but nothing that mess with the stay. Breakfast its good. Mini bar its good and good prices

After I had made reservation.I received message that the hotel was undergoing renovation. There was no information about this before reservation. The hotel was undergoing a major facade renovation. The builders started hammering and using machines at 7 in the morning above our room. I complained about it. They finally agreed to change rooms. The rest of the holiday went better. The cleanliness of the hotel could be better.

Location is abt 10 mins from center. Room and buildings were bit outdated but i could see a renovation was already in progress. Going to rooms or from rooms to restaurant was bit confusing using two elevators long corridors

Room was spacious, bathroom was very big and comfortable, a huge veranda with nice views over the pool. Breakfast was fair, breakfast area and restaurant outskirts were amazing offering spectacular views.

Small points of improvement would be room maintenance, small broken items such as coat hooks and light damage on walls & corners, uncomfortable tap in the bathroom. Shower head in standing shower was not at the level expected. Parking costs should just be included with the room price. Indoor parking would be great, not sure if it was possible.

Amazing view, comfortable hotel, nice spa, nice gym, breakfast, dinner, great experience with staff in restaurant, bistro and reception. Like a home away from home.

Too hot in the public rooms and indoor the first room we had. The window couldn’t ne opened. Horrible. We had to put the aircondition on and had to sleep with the noice of it. It stayed hot and we couldn’t sleep properly. We then ask to change room and we got a bigger one with balcony.

It was big but with diffrent houses and therefore still cosy.

Some fittings are quite old. The shower door couldn’t close properly so it kept leaking water. The reception at check in wasn’t the friendliest but the other staff at all other times were great.

The rooms were really large and they have a nice spa. The staff were mostly polite. The breakfast buffet was really good too.

Cleaning of the swimming pool area in the morning (8am-9am) during clients use (swimming).That was not nice to see and effect to relaxation atmosphere.Therefore, I didn't write the best mark for the hotel.

I had booked the suite that come with a kitchen But if you want the equipment to be able to cook and use it you need to pay an additional fee of 50.- per night I think this is just way too expensive and nonsense because the price of the room is pretty expensive already

I think it’s very poor that you have to pay extra for them to put anything in the kitchen (after booking we were told just before arriving it’s an extra 50chf if you actually want to be able to use the kitchen facilities). Parking was also an extra cost but we expected that.

Nice pool and good sized room with pool and lake view. The gym is fantastic. There’s even a CrossFit setup in the outside area at the back. Had a very good massage as well.

The furniture in the rooms is kinda old, there is a weird smell (we tried different rooms) and the AC didn‘t really do its job

My main complaint is the noise and vibrations from the A/C compressor, It is installed within the room WC which is a big deal in summer. On a side note, The hotel would really benefit from a paint job and some modernization features.

Extra charges for all sorts. For example, we booked an apartment (incl. kitchen) but they asked for an extra payment of 50 CHF per day for the cutlery and pots. Similarly, when asking for oats during breakfast for our little one they wanted to charge extra. Very stingy given the room prices.

It felt that the rooms were a bit old and needed some maintenance/updating (e.g. missing curtains, some shutters not fully shutting, floorboard broken...) It is not a super shiny 4-star hotel anymore, unfortunately. I think it can be a lot nicer with a little bit of touch-up!

Staff were all welcoming and helpful. We requested to change a room due to a minor issue with the first one, and they did their best to accommodate our requests and arranged another room for the next day. Breakfast and the restaurant team running it were excellent. The team were very professional but also lovely to the children. The entire villa needs some work but I felt that the people there are putting extra effort into providing the high-quality services.

Paying for the kitchen is fine, but it needs to be properly equipped when we pay the extra fee. We were missing some basics, so this should be looked at for future guests.
