The accommodation is located in the perfect spot for everything around! Harry was awesome and gave us some good advice about where to go and what to see/do.

We don't have anything to say that we didn't like about the place or the host everything was fantastic.

The location of the property was close to most of our activities we had booked. All within walking distance. Muri is a great location.. Love the holiday home and Harry was very nice to us throughout our stay. Great hospitality would definitely like to come back to Raro and stay here again.

The size of the living area was really comfortable and having a laundry was a real bonus. We loved being so close to the village of Muri, we walked to the night markets and local shop for supplies. Being on the main road gave us quick access to everything we needed.

The house was a great size for us as a group. Great off street parking for our rental car and scooter. Sadly there was major roadworks right outside the front of the section. Not really too much of a problem though.

Another comfy chair/couch would have been good

Great location and good sized house. Comfortable beds and good sized kitchen. Great option when travelling with kids as it was easy to self cater some of the time and had helpful things like a washing machine. Harry was super helpful and friendly.

Something that would be useful for others with young kids to know: the garden is gorgeous and huge, but not fenced and goes right up to the road so you need to watch the kids when they're outside.

Perfect location, big spacious home, wonderful stay and great communication with the host and property manager.

The water didn't get very hot in the shower. The rest of the house was very clean but there was some hair in the sheets in the bed when we arrived and the sheets were quite thin.

Great location and a good space for two people. Being able to use a washing machine was great. Would stay here again.

The studio unit we stayed in did not have an air con unit. This could be an issue if you run hot (like my husband). The studio had really nice screens so that you could leave the windows open to get airflow.

The location was fantastic! Right across the road from beach access. There was a 24h grocery store down the way and night market open most nights. There was a great little kitchen we could make meals it. The hosts were great-they came to check on us. It was also very close to excursion places.

Location was perfect, 5 minute walk to muri beach. Cafe, bar, dairy, tourist activities all close by. The house was very clean and quite modern - it looked better in real life than in the photos! The owner popped by to introduce himself and to amswer any questions, really friendly and helpful.

The steps inside rather dangerous without a marking on the edge of the top stair down to living area. Sometimes cold showers

Hot water had problems.

I stayed at the studio. Very good location, very tidy and clean, luminous rooms, nice decoration. The studio is very private and it has an excellent private deck. They took care about every small detail. Very friendly staff. They provided snorkeling gear for free and fruits, juice, milk and bottled water as a compliment.

Would have liked a couple of loungers or chairs on front deck which gets the morning sun, even though it is on a busy road

The Wifi in the one bedroom unit is barely functional ( it is purchased and loaded via a voucher ). I was only able to get a signal about 50 % of the time , and the speed was so slow that my iPad would often time-out before a site or page could be loaded. Not a problem unless you need dependable wifi on holiday. When I discussed it with Sian she was going to explore options to improve reception, so hopefully this won’t be an issue for long. That said, the two bedroom unit has its own hotspot so both signal and speed are excellent there.

One bedroom unit tastefully decorated and furnished ( pillow top bed ! ), thoughtfully provisioned ( eg first aid kit, functioning flashlight, washing machine ), and spotlessly clean. Well outfitted kitchenette ; I did much of my own cooking. Easy walking distance to beach, cafes, bus , night market, and food shop at Muri Beach. Owner - Sian - personable, +++ helpful, and always available by phone. I plan on returning next winter.

I accidentally booked the wrong check in dates (my fault re making the booking, their fault re messaging to confirming the taxi and not noticing my mistake). They were hugely apologetic, and offered to make amends , even though it was half my own fault!

Pictures as stated (of the smaller one not the larger one, both are listed and posted here so don’t get confused). Lovely fruit in the fridge. Fan provided. Comfortable bed. exactly what you need provided in a great location (everywhere is great in raro , bus service was well used). Nice and clean and sturdy and no complaints.

Everything was great, good location to beach. One problem was the unfriendly dogs on the alley/private road to the beach, we saw these dogs bark, growl and show teeth to people who soon backed away feeling unsafe. We were told we could use this roadway so a bit disappointing.

Our accommodation was the studio unit behind the main house. It does not have air conditioning and gets really hot and uncomfortable. Best suited to the cooler months in Rarotonga. The main house does have air con. The lockbox was broken before we arrived and then the washing machine broke down, landline not working either. More of an effort to get these fixed or provide alternatives would have been appreciated. Especially having no access to a washing machine.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION 2nd time to Rarotonga and this was by far the best location for the beach, bars, cafe's, activities, vehicle hire and more Nice friendly hosts. Comfy bed bed and the water pressure in the shower was great.

I know it was only the two of us but we wanted the Villa because of the air condition and space. We received confirmation with a photo of Maine Villa stating "Thanks! Your booking is confirmed at Maine Villa". I thought great thats what I want. However we were suprised on arrival to find that we were actually staying in the one bedroom studio. We were very disappointed because had we received our booking confirmation with a photo of the studio we would of cancelled straight away. This misleading confirmation meant we were very uncomfortable as it was so hot both in the day and night. The host tried to blame the hot weather on it being hurricane season. Sorry couldn't careless its tropical and hot all the time thats why I wanted air condition I know because I am from the Pacific Islands. The two fans that was supplied just circulate the hot air in the house. Only supplied one towel each for the 9 nights.

It was close to the beach. Handy to public transport and local shops. The Night Market was only a few doors away.
