The pool area could use some lounge chairs.

This hotel is located in a cute and walkable neighborhood of Santiago. The room was a good size, and the beds were comfortable. They had quite a large spread for breakfast! The staff were friendly and helpful. Wifi in rooms was good but not too great in the lobby.

It’s very well located, close to the metro, sky costanera and cerro san Cristóbal. The staff was amazing with us, specially the morning front desk girl( I think her name was Claudia)

We arrived early, but did not get our rooms until check-in time although rooms were ready.

Very good breakfast with plenty of good local fruit. Staff were good.

No toilet brush in the room (seems to be common apparently for some reason) Swimming pool should have been cleaner (leaves inside) and better exploited with sun beds, instead of just being surrounded by a garden

Unable to check-in early. Room on small side and a little dated (over bath shower rather than walk in). No tea/coffee in room. Fridge in room but no glasses. Although shown in photos, there were no sunbeds around pool.

Complementary drinks while waiting to check in was a nice touch. Guys on reception very helpful (dealt mostly with Humberto who spoke very good English). Room basic but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was was fine considering it was included in price of room. Outside pool and seating area was a nice place to relax on a hot afternoon. Decent safe location on a quiet street with plenty of restaurants and bars within a short walking distance.

Time it took to check into our room because we had a early arrival and the rooms We're not ready and they did not accommodate us until aftet 3 o'clock . Exhausted after long all night flight

No drinks facility in room, but hot and cold water, teabags etc available for free in the lobby.

Small hotel on a quiet street near a metro station and many good bars and restaurants, only a few minutes walk to the cable car. Comfy, clean and cool room, great little back garden with a small pool, decent breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff, reasonable price.

Shower could have been warmer.

Few unnecessary frills, just super helpful staff, clean room, nice garden with a small pool, lovely breakfast. Looked after our luggage both before and after our stay, and organised a late night taxi to the airport. Great value.

Location. There were many restaurants around the hotel. It is in a quite and safe residential area but you can reach busy area within few minutes walking.

There is a bathtub but you can’t use because the hotel doesn’t offer a drain cover, so it’s completely useless.

Breakfast was not great, no local fruit, fresh juices. Juices were all from cartons. Some staff are nice some appear to be rude / unfriendly. Doesn’t prove to be good value for money. It’s too basic for the price of it.

Meal service after 7 PM was poor. Kitchen no fully open for late meals for guests

We were there for 4 nights and the room was grubby when we arrived and wasn’t cleaned properly throughout our stay even though the beds were made for us. Bathroom floor was filthy, the white bath mat came up black after being put down and used after a shower. The bathroom tile grout was worn and dirty with bits missing and the vent in the bathroom was covered in thick black scum. The whole bathroom needs a good clean and the bedroom carpet too. One of the two lifts was out of service for our entire stay too.

Comfortable bed, nice clean bed linen. Decent breakfast.
