Nobody could speak english. Staff didn’t know the prices and it was confusing how much to pay.

Good location, near the centre, friendly personal but nobody could speak english (the booking information said that they speak english). Breakfast was toast, joghurt, cheese and ham, cake.

toilet smelled very bad, lid would not stay up. Room was small but I knew it would be. Most staff did not speak Anglais but was able to communicate with Google Translate.

Good wifi, location is decent, close to bodegas and within fair walking distance of center. There is a lively evening market on Bulnes St a few blocks away, with street performers. No AC but fan was adequate. Shower worked fine. I would stay here again.

The breakfast it’s weak with just a loaf of bread, a yogurt and a piece of cake. You can eat a boiled egg too and they haven tea, coffee or juice

The location are good, around the metro station and the room is good to sleep only, the service room it’s good too.

The room had no windows and was quite hot and humid. Also it was very loud, the walls were paper thin. Breakfast came in a bag and wasn't very nice.

Placement was nice, free map at reception.

Breakfast was just a sandwich to take (cheese or ham and cheese) with a yoghurt and a snack. It was nice but more of a lunch. The room was absolutely freezing and I had to ask for the heating to be turned on as per the instructions but it was never switched on so I had to sleep in a snood

The staff were friendly and helpful. Good location

The rooms are very small and the walls very thin, you can hear everything. Breakfast was very poor, delivered in a takeaway bag (you can eat it in your room or in the common area.. Well, thanks, I'd use the common area then). You need to pay for baggage storage, even if you are back for another night. The price advertised is only if you pay in USD cash. Otherwise it's 20% more expensive.

Decent and clean hotel, not far from the metro station and from the bus drop off from the airport

Almost all the staff were very rude. Nobody speaks not even one word in English and when I was tryng to communicate through translate, they were very inpatient. The hotel were like prison, it has 3 doors which should be locked all the time. You have to ask the recepionist to ulock the doors to get out and to get in you should ring a bell. Of course I can understand that this is for safety reasons but at least the clients should have a key. That means that a recepionist should be there 24/7 but no. One night, I wanted to go out for a party, I asked for the receptionist but he didnt answer, the first door was unlocked, so I went out but then I realized that the 2nd was locked, so I was locked between the 2 doors for 20 mins, knocking and screaming but nobody answered me till a lady from a room unlocked me and of course when I came back 4 in the morning again nobody was there. This is unacceptable, if you have this policy, somebody should be there 24/7 no matter what.

    Close to center.

so i knew my fight was cancelled 2 days ago. Yes, it is non-refundable, but i did contact them telling them my situation and request to cancel the one night with a penalty... they never replied!!!! so do not expect a good communication from their side, they are a bit cheeky in this aspect. If you find something similar in a better area, go for it.

location is decent, although i didnt know you actually should avoid the city centre now,

The accustics of the room is terrible: You hear your neighbours. The breakfast needs some improvement..

It's a tourist class hotel. From this perspective, it's a perfect place: good value for the money, perfect location (walking distance for La Moneda) and secure. The room had an electric heater and fan. Highly recommended.
