Depending on the time that you go shower, it can be crowded and dirty. I booked with breakfast included, but only could eat at the first day. On the next day they told me that the rules have changed and only the people that booked private or double room could take the breakfast. I’ve never saw that happened anywhere before, but what can one do.

The location is fantastic, the bed was very comfortable, great shower and they have amenities at the bathroom, you get a towel, slippers and a bottle of water everyday.

So clean. There are curtains around the dorm beds so you have privacy. The bathroom had toiletries for the guests. There were so many nice, well thought out details. I was very impressed.

Stayed at 3 diff Desti hostels in this trip. As a standard, they provide super thick towels and a bottle of mineral water for each day of stay. This branch probably has the best room quality. More spacious and come with big locked luggage storage (other branches I have been can only store a small backpack in the lockers). Also the common area is clean and play a movie every night.

I didn't receive enough information about the hostel's location, I had to ask people on the street to finally get there. The picture received as a guide was the starting point...the hostel was a few hundred meters from that picture and a few streets away. I think the price is too high for a bed in a hostel, 2-3 dollars away and you can find a hotel room within a kilometer

Bed is firm and linen is fresh. Towels provided were thick and clean. Toilets and room were very clean. Lockers provided were big enough for suitcase as well as enough space to hang my clothes . Would definitely stay at Desti Youth Park Hostel again.

The location of the hotel is good. It is very close to Taikoo Li. The sanitation is also very clean. The front desk staff is serious and responsible.

- only 1 bathroom with 3 showers for all floor (female dorm). I did not have much problem with that. Only once had to wait to shower and once to brush teeth (stayed there for four nights) - usually very cold in the shower, because people keep leaving windows/ doors open - dorm above Chinese opera so you can hear the drums sometimes. It did not bother me too much

- good location close to metro, shops and restaurants - comfortable and private bed with plugs and shelf - huge wardrobe style locker (opened with card; no padlock needed) - provided slippers, towel, water bottle every day, shampoo, shower gel, ear buds and cotton pads - very clean - nice breakfast - cheap laundry and drying machine - I had always hot water in the shower - good WiFi - staff speaking English

The direction is not clear , it is very hard to find out at the first time. I recommend just only provide the full details to find out the location. This is due to google map is not support in china, Do not use Google map direct you to the hostel. I alredy did it was direct me to the wrong location and walk too far.

Hostel is very clean even at the night time the rest room is still very clean. The breakfast is very good even it is only bread and drink and a small salad. Also staff is very helpful. I will back to stay here gin when I visit Chengdu. :)

Great location, close to everything. There is a restaurant upstairs and music/dance shows next door. The staff is friendly and helpful. They go the extra mile to help make a traveler’s experience great. I loved the well thought out layout and design of the hostel.

The only downsides are the noise and smell of hotpot from the floors below.

This location is convenient for commuting to airport and various sight-seeing places. Although the hostel is hidden due to the building structure, it's easily accessible.

Spent a night there during a layover. Hostel has a very safe system of staying, in order to get to the dorms, bath or lift you should have the card. During the stay you get towel and slippers. Hostel is loated in the city center

Well not much, as some issues that just all the dorm like hostel have like noise and hygiene of the customer. Not the hostel issues I mean.

The location is just perfect as few mins walk to center of Taikooli. Easy to find when locating by store show in their instruction. Clean and good for the value. Breakfast was good with salad. There is a small alley next to the building with amazing handmade wonton. Pretty cheap 13¥ for 12 pieces (small portion). The owner was kind enough to give me a spoon thought that I don’t know how to use chopsticks 😆

The only thing I did not like was that you had to go through several doors to reach the bathroom from the dorm

The common grounds, bathrooms and dorm was always clean, the bed was cosy and felt isolated. The hostel arranged Social activities like dumpling party, going out for hot-pot and movie night. The common areas was very good for concentration on work. And a good place to enjoy a coffee in the morning and a beer in the evening.
