The hotel is a bit outside the center but you can get anywhere quickly by metro. The station is a 10-minute walk away, so that's not a problem. The breakfast is really delicious and there was definitely something for every taste. The fact that it was available quite early was also very good. The beds were adequate and the room was big enough for one person. The internet was stable and there is the option to wash and dry your laundry. The large shopping center nearby no longer exists, although there used to be a Starbucks there. But there is a McDonalds at the metro station and small shops around the hotel where you can buy groceries. Check-in was possible without any problems, and thanks to translation apps there are hardly any language barriers anymore.

Breakfast is in the basement but there was a strong smell of dump and mould.

It's not too far from the tube station and lots of shops around open until very late. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable with all toiletries available. They have laundry facilities but you have to pay to use them. They keep your luggage after check out.

Excellent location...near to shuicheng road metro station. Food was yummy. So many restaurants near hotel. Very convenient to go tourist spots. & railway station & Airport. Had a wonderful time. Staffs are really good & helpful specially Mr. David.

Lots of food outside the hotel, small room but very well design, pleasant & comfortable. A good variety of food for breakfast.. Checking in and out of hotel was efficient & David the Manager speaks fluent English which is helpful for non mandarin speaking like us. After check-out, a young sweet chinese lady at reception ordered an e-hailing taxi for us to Pudong Airport & quickly came out of Hotel when taxi arrived, to give accurate instructions to driver, so efficient! Overall the hotel is good value for money!

We stayed one night as we needed a hotel close to the train station. The location is good, close to the metro. The room was not big, small bathroom. Breakfast was good. The staff was friendly. We forgot an earphone in the room, the next day we came to get it and it was returned to us. Thank you!

The hotel room is a bit small and the hotel is slightly further from the metro station. However, nothing much to complain for that price.

This hotel is very well managed and clean, the staff are helpful and friendly. The hotel is near to many smaller food stalls and thus good if you would like to try them. The facilities in the hotel is quite new. There are also buffet breakfast provided in this hotel, easy for those who like save some trouble. The price is considered quite affordable for Shanghai.

Cafeteria staff could be more professional by not playing mobile phones at work when they were idling. Central Air-con was too warm, and the control panel in the room simply didn't work. The small gym is fine but tucked deep inside the cafeteria, so there's no way you would want to do a big workout before breakfast unless you don't mind being watched by eaters when you pass through them drenched with sweat.

Moldy shower and tap in the shower, huge chunks of dust under the bed

Pretty close to the city centre, very nice staff that could mostly speak english which was surprising and pleasant, everyday we got clean sheets and towels, good breakfast
