Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. PolandIt smelled horrible!!! It was a room for non smoking people and it smelled like ciggs. Plus breakfast was very VERY simple, had to go out to eat again. Plus why staff never speaka English? Hotel was full of foreigners and they didn't speak English at all

Unpopular opinion, but this is an excellent location. I much rather stay in this location again, than in the city centre. From here, you can reach the bund area by metro in around 40-50 minutes. However this area is super calm, peaceful, and quiet. Very close to Hongqiao airport as well. The room was comfortable, there's free WiFi and free breakfast as well. There was also air-conditioning in my room.

SingaporeThe room is insanely small like the the only walking space was probably around 30cm around the bed, the fact that weren't any windows is a heavy downside for me and the ventilation was super loud, I cannot imagine if I had gone to this hotel with someone, would've been impossible due to the lacking space.
It was really clean, the provided breakfast was also good, I'm not sure if it's the case throughout China hotels but the washer and dryers were free to use. Pretty good.given the price

United StatesA wonderful hotel! Large, comfortable, modern, and spotlessly clean rooms, with laundry facilities, and close to restaurants, stores, and a metro station. Our tremendous thanks as well to the staff! Not only did they help us with arranging an urgent dental appointment, they helped us manage not one but two flight cancellations by our airlines. If not for their patience in waiting on the phone, we would never have managed to secure a refund or rebooking through the airline's Chinese language customer service lines. IrelandNo air in the room. No ventilation. A huge surprise was a lady in a breakfast room (the small one). She was very rude to me on our last day, pointing to her watch I came too late (it was 09:59 so I still had a minute to take food and go be specific, especially that breakfast room was full of people only starting eating). I understand I was at the last minute but this is not the reason to treat a guest with no respect. More polite way of saying breakfast is closing would be appreciated. Hotel is a bit far away from all attractions, you need to change metro two times each way which was time consuming for us.
Nice reception staff, breakfast ok, nothing special, comfortable bed, fresh towels each day. Room was super small but this is what we booked. No window, a bit like in a coffin but I knew it. Great heating in the bathroom. And free laundry (just always packed in the evening)

The hotel was very nice and comfortable and located very close to several restaurants and a train station maybe about 10 mins walk. They replenish water every single day without fail and housekeeping is excellent.
