Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe room itself seemed very average considering that the price was well above average. We chose this hotel because it has a swimming pool, only to be told a few days before our stay that the pool was temporarily closed and no compensation would be offered for that.
The room was clean and had the necessary facilities. The hotel itself is pleasant and safe. The location in the Zhongshan Park area is very good.

BelgiumThe wifi didn't work a lot of the time and it often connected without internet. there is already a big restriction in China on the use of many applications, so it's was hard to stay in touch with family during this trip. The staff at the reception didn't seem to understand the fact that I needed a detailed invoice (since it was a business trip), which came as a surprise to me. I don't believe I'm the first one to need a full invoice upon check out.
The room was comfortable and everything that I could expect from the Renaissance. Breakfast was extensive with a good mix of Western and Asian options. The staff was helpful in the restaurant. The shopping center below the hotel is really convenient, so I could grab a quick dinner in the evening, while working. The overall experience was as expected.

United StatesThe rooms each has double full size beds, but it will only allow max three person to book one room. I had to book two rooms for a family of four.
It has great location next to ZhongShan park. Subway right below the hotel. The breakfast is delicious. Cleaning Ladies on my 39th floor does a great clean job for both of my rooms.
