WiFi connection is okay, but as expected there is restriction in using all Google-based apps in China. Limited TV channels in room as well.

Great location in city centre, next to few shopping complexes. 7-E just accross the road. Luckin Coffee at lobby. A walking distance to Guomao metro station 👍

Location was reasonably convenient, with a number of eating venues and food variety choices. Shopping around the vicinity was quite good. Can easily get cup of coffee at the hotel lobby.

Excellent Location. Lots of places to shop and eat around the place. Very lively and safe in the night as well. Connects to subway line 1 just across the road, which makes the entire city very accessible

The cleanliness need to be improved. The windows seems have not been cleaned for months if not years. The carpet need to be cleaned.

This is a very bad property to stay in harsh winters. I have stayed here in summer as well and it's good for that season. The air conditioning in the rooms does not heat the rooms and they are really cold and uncomfortable with the all season blankets they provide with the rooms. After 3 days when i complained they sent me a heater to make the room a little more liveable. The bathroom had a permanent foul smell (Room no 729). The housekeeping staff was rude to me when I requested drinking water at 10 PM one night and refused to send the water to the room. I had to step out and go to the reception and create a scene there, when they finally sent 2nos 500ml bottles after 25 mins and a reminder call

The location of this hotel is super awesome and at the heart of Luohu district. Walking distance from Line 1 of Shenzhen metro, King Glory Plaza Mall, and Dongmen. Lots of places to shop and eat around the hotel

TV has static interferences. Room carpet is very old, dirty and gives a real feeling of wetness. The short floor corridor to the room is always wet with moisture. The toilet/shower room has some sort of foul smell coming from the drainage system hole.

Central location. Subway Metro Station 4 min walk away. Lots of restaurants and eateries nearby.

First of all, the hotel staff lied to me that there is a window. Apparently it is a fake window where you cannot see through it or open it, the window is merely a wall paper. It is quite depressing to stay in a room with no window as you get the claustrophobic feeling. The worst part is the sewage system of the toilet and poor ventilation, this two combination caused the celling of the bedroom to become mouldy coupled with a horrible toilet smell. Also, the pillow is uncomfortable, it is as good as no pillow. The condition of the room is terrible, we will not stay in this hotel again even if it is given free.

Everyone working there was friendly, professional and helpful. The location was across the street from a great mall, with a connected top notch supermarket and metro/underground station, across the street the other way from a small but well-stocked 24 hour convenience store, and very close by metro to the HK border. Especially given the price, my room was very comfortable with effective air conditioning and well worth what I paid. Everything I wanted. (I was totally comfortable through a +10 rated typhoon, for example). The setting was a bit more urban than I expected from the photographs, but don't take that as a criticism: the location is excellent, and probably better for being as urban as it is. I'll stay again if I'm in Shenzhen, with no hesitation at all. By the way, the mall has good western food as well as Asian food, including a small DQ, and a pizza place I very much enjoyed. If you like good Asian food, the place is surrounded by that.
