The breakfast; not really a continental breakfast. It had almost no halal options. The refill was too slow.

The facilities for kids (in door play area and outdoor play ground). The gym and swimming pool were really good and well maintained.

The cleaning maid forgot to give us new slippers and new washing powder. But it is not a big deal! They sent us right away when we requested. It will be perfect if the pillows' quality are better. But so far so good, no worry!

This is my third time living in this service apartment. The area is super good! I would say this is the best location in Tianjin. There are good Tianjin restaurant, Japanese restaurant and coffee shop nearby. There are 7-11 convenient shop and bakery downstairs. The area is quiet and beautiful. It is an ideal place to have a walk. The breakfast was good. The staffs in the cafeteria are nice and polite especially Aunty Qi. She serves us well. Our apartment is clean. The washing machine is clean and good too.

Some of the breakfast dishes are cold. The handrail at the balcony is dirty. My mom went to swim. There’re dozens of swimming pads by the pool and no one are using them. She would like to borrow a pad, but refused by the staff with an attitude. Unbelievable.

Nice property with extremely helpful and responsive staff. All the problems are solved in time. Great location. Near to the Wu Da Dao, walking distance to many fancy restaurants. A Baker, cafe and 24 hours mini-market downstairs. The room is spacious and clean. The intellectual toilet is a plus. Good value for a family trip.

Nothing, Everything was perfect.

Everything! It was super convenient to get to the airport, metro and central area of Tianjin. The staff was really helpful and polite. Rooms were ginormous and beautiful.

This place give you the great location. just 5 min walk to the most famous Tianjin Old town travel spots. The space is more than enough, plus the kitchen that makes you feel like a local.

We realised we had lost our laptop. I messaged the property two weeks later through booking.com and was blocked. It was only when a Chinese speaking friend of ours called the hotel that they said they would talk to housekeeping and call us back. Much to our surprise they said they had found our laptop and would return it via post. In our view, they had my contact details to tell me we had left it behind in the first place. On top of that, blocking me when I had messaged made me feel that the front desk / manager cannot be truly trusted. As a result, this outweighs the positives we experienced and so we will not be revisiting again.

The actual apartment was spacious and well presented. The kitchen was well equipped and we had two separate bathrooms one with a shower and one with a bath. Breakfast was better than we expected and the dining/kitchen staff were great and very friendly. We didn’t use the facilities as we were only here over the long weekend but the fitness centre looked amazing and the indoor pool looked good too although when we went to check it out swimming lessons seemed to be happening. The location of the property is good too, Didi rides into the centre and main attractions didn’t take too long. Overall we left feeling like we would come back again until…

such a big appartment, I regret I was alone. i usually prefer hotel for this reason: more confortable. the gym is really good but the picture doesn't show it. they should show how good it is . and the pool is good too. good value choice.

Very spacious two bedroom apartment. Very clean and it has everything our family needed. The kitchen has fully equipped. It has two bathroom. One is with bathtub and one with shower booth. It has two TVs. Complementary water and soda drink. The staff members are super nice and professional. Breakfast was very nice and the manager in the breakfast bar was very helpful. Great location! It is the best for a family to stay. Washing powder was complimentary as well.
